We stated here in September 2020 and had a great time.
Hiking was very nice, campsite was clean and shady.
Nonadjustable firepit grate. Grrrr.... I wish they were all adjustable, but what can you do.
Plenty of space for a tent, camper and car.
MAN, it's DARK! One time my headlamp failed when…

We have camped here several times and did this year after a few years away. Love the campground and it is very clean and the staff is friendly but getting rediculous as to what they consider "a family". I can see restricting the number of people on a site but should be at least 6 per site, not 4…
Pros: Helpful staff, morning garbage pickup, excellent laundry facility, plenty of activities and amenities for children. Cons: Wasps!! Wasps everywhere!! We did our best to keep them at bay by lighting some sage but they were persistent. Not much privacy back in the tent/cabin areas, camp sites…

Dont allow dogs during peak season.
I prefer other parts of MA. This is a nice campground with mostly very large sites. A lot of sites lack privacy. I was on A20 which didn’t have any and was in partial sun. Also a lot of earthworm excrement all over ground. Kind of mucky. A Loop has no privacy above #15. B Loop is private on almost…
Very rude and disrespectful owner and employees!
Well patronized operation with multiple camp sites fir all sized RV’s . Staff was friendly and the campers were as well . Only observation / complaint was that the camp ground sells firewood at a reasonable price but it varies in how seasoned it is . Every Camper there seems to really enjoy their…
This is a fine campground, but nothing stands out as well done. They simply have too much going on and nothing is done extremely well. Pool is good, but needs to be refreshed. Mini golf is free, but is a joke of a course. Sites are big enough, but main camping are is packed in for maximum profit…
The campsites are parallel parking pretty much. Our site was sand and broken crumbling pavement, with with a sign that said caution poison ivy, but we did have a double faucet in front of the site. There isn't any trees for shade so the solar panels got plenty of sun and we were able to keep the…

Nice and quiet. Bathrooms are new and very clean. Fishing was decent.
We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet. The salt water pool was clean. Booked a site for October before we left. Showers could use updating.
Sites are a little too close together. It was very loud. Roads not well maintained and ridiculous amout of speedbumps. Office was about a mile away from the site. Seemed to be geared more toward seasonal camping. Wifi service was spotty at best.
Beautiful forest, but campground affords very little privacy between sites. RVs mixed with tents and noisy generators running all day and night.
I am conflicted on how to review this campground. You cannot beat the location.
We positioned ourselves close to a water spigot to refill our fresh water, we had a generator that we were able to use between 7am & 10pm and there is a dump on site- so with an external waste holding tank we…

We used this as our home-base to enjoy the area. Sites are close together, but we still enjoyed sitting around the fire at night after a day at the beach.
The pools are nice and kids had fun. The pond was nice for fishing, but I would suggest that they stock it for more fun, it is in desperate…
