Zan's Creekside Campground is a family owned and operated park. We offer RV camping, tent sites, and day time access to the river for non-campers.

30 and 50 amp RV Sites are OPEN YEAR ROUND!!!!

All RV sites are naturally shaded by the plentiful supply of tall trees on the campground. Also, all sites are less than a one minute walk to the beach. Popular activities include river tube floating from Grand Falls to our location. Grand Falls is about five minutes away by car, the return float trip takes about 1-1/2 to 2 hours (we DO rent tubes, we do NOT provide transportation). Our location is very popular for launching or retrieving kayaks and we provide parking for vehicles left at one end of the trip (we do NOT rent kayaks). Fishing is always an enjoyable pastime here as well.

We offer weekly and monthly rates for both 30 amp and 50 amp RV Sites.

Well behaved pets are welcome. Alligators must be kept on a short leash!!

    Great location for cyclists

My wife and I love cycling on the trails in and around Bentonville. Blowing Springs RV park in Bell Vista is at the North end of the 44 mile paved trail that passes by Crystal Bridges, down town Bentonville and beyond. The RV park is also the trailhead to several miles of mountain bike dirt trails. All these trails are good hiking trails also. The RV sites are level but not much space between them. I would recommend sites 4, 6 or 38 when summer camping. These sites have more shade. The sites are back in sites with full hookups. They offer a Good Sam discount and the campground is usually full especially on weekends.

    Allens Point R.V. Park

Great location for easy fishing access

This is a great short or long term RV spot for those that are wanting to have possibilities of great fishing. On the shores of Oologah Lake with a boat ramp. There appear to be many long term campers here; there are not organized places for children to play. However, there are places that any kid could find to play; this park is mainly structured to attract older campers. There are services and goods available within 30 minutes.

This is also a great location for exploring area attractions (Will Rogers birthplace home, Will Rogers Museum, Woolaroc, etc. I would not consider this a kid friendly park and there are not any activities other than lake access and fishing. If you go into looking at it as a fishermen's destination, you will be happy.

Gopher Valley - Twin Bridges — Grand Lake State Park

    Pleasant RV/Tent campground

Gopher Valley campground in on of several campground in the Twin Bridges area of Grand Lake State Park.  This campground is fully paved with both full hook up RV camping area, tent camping area and areas that work for both.  Campground have drive through and pull in sites.  Sites all have picnic tables and metal fire rings.  Campground has a large pavilion which can be rented.  The pavilion has a huge BBQ grill.  Campground has a small playground for the kids.  Small restroom with showers is available.  With the exception of the RV pull through sites all the other sites have plenty of grass to set up a tent.  Sites can be reserved.

    Close to lake, little shade

This is a great RV resort close to the water but with very little shade. It is right across the street from Tera Miranda that has a cool restaurant on the water though. There are park models and group houses as well as RV pads. Nice central location on Monkey Island.

I have a mostly stock 4Runner. We were able to drive it around on a lot of very light off-road trails. There were many more intense off-road options and challenges though. They have RV hookups there and plenty of places to park and vehicle-camp or to set up a tent. Trails were $35 a day and camping was $15 per person per night.

This park is in our hometown. It's where we stay when we are not traveling. We have stayed in a number of the sites. They are somewhat close but it's never been an issue. Full hookups. Grocery store is literally minutes away. The RV Park is located at the south end of town on Highway 59. The owner is very accommodating. Good Verizon signal. Park has wi-fi. Oswego has a beautiful city park. Fishing is popular here, at the Neosho River and in the nearby mined pits. Also nearby is Big Brutus, the largest electric shovel in the world.

    Just pretty close to perfect

‘‘This Campground has sections. The one group is the (Sentury) Indian, and the second loop is the Eagle Point Fox loop. We were at the Sentry loop. We liked site 71 in that loop. It offered the most space and was a full hook up. That is one of the best things about this campground. Several full hookups. Boat ramp was nice. Not great but ok for kayaking. Nice swim beach. Campground host we met was not very friendly or helpful.

    Bikers paradise

This is your basic parking lot campground. Your site is all cement with full hook ups and a picnic table. No green areas to call your own, BUT you have incredible instant access to the trailhead of many singletrack bike and hiking trails. Modern bathrooms and area is very clean and supportive staff. You camp here for the access and not the amenities.

    Nice enough

Clean and well maintained KOA. Friendly personnel. Shaded, pull thru sites as well as back-ins, cabins, and tent sites. Sites are very level with crushed stone pads. Good water pressure. Lots of grass. Patio sites are available. Internet is poor, as typical of most RV parks. Cable tv with about 30 channels. Good stopover park.

Relaxing Place to Camp and Get Away

We camped here in the fall and were pleasantly surprised with all the pecans we gathered. It's secluded and quiet with views of the Grand River and Neosho River. Wheelchair Friendly. Roads were paved. If you gold a golf course is just down the street. We walked up to the golf course and stopped for a snack on the way to check out the more primitive campsite across the bridge.

There are 50 amp full hook up pullthroughs. We woke up to deer out our window. No playground but great nature walks around the area.

    Wonderful place to relax

Tent area is undeveloped, but the lawn is fairly level, bathrooms and showers are only a short walk away. Nicole showed me to the site and was a wonderful help. Great spot that most people might pass up because its right next to the highway, but honestly you can barely tell aside from the hum of trucks. Bathrooms are beautiful and clean, 2 toilets, 2 showers and a sauna in each. The place is quiet and seems like a lot of people here are long term residents. We are in a tent on the back lawn by a small fishing lake. Nice playground for younger kids and you cant beat the atmosphere and the birds. Free on-site laundry which I took advantage of when I needed to wash and dry my blanket on a cold night. Unfourtunately no campfire for tent camp sites, but bring a camp stove and you'll be fine. They are actively doing renovations and the office isnt open yet, so you have to call the park manager, Kim, for info and she is wonderful. All the staff is. Kim came by and took my son and 2 other kids on a golf cart ride on the trail behind the lake and they had a blast. We are loving it here and are sad to be leaving after the weekend. Update: I have just been informed they have a Willie Nelson impersonator doing a show here tonight, this place would get 6 stars if I could.

Echo Hollow - Twin Bridges — Grand Lake State Park

Good for RVs not tent campers

I stayed at twin bridges this past weekend with my wife and our two dogs. Despite nice weather it was less than half full. There aee three distinct areas to camp. One on the east side of HW 137, one on the west side of HW 137, and one south of HW 60. The area south of HW 60 is camper pads and very busy as it is right at the boat ramp. This area also charges a premium rate for its location ($27 with water and electric hook ups). The west side of HW 137 has lake huts ($50-$60ish per night) as well as tent and RV sites. The east side of HW 137 has tent and RV sites as well as the visitor center. Tent sites are $14, with electric $18, and electric and water for $22. You can reserve RV sites online but not tent sites. This area is mostly for RVs. The tent sides are all on a hill side so you cant find flat sites to tent camp and tent camping is poorly marked. We did find an "unimproved camping area" presumably for tent camping but everyone with an RV at the nearby RV sites used it as boat trailer parking. There are bathhouse on each side of HW 137 and we found them to be pretty good for a campground. There is a RV dump station behind the visitor center ($5 to dump, free to camping guests, payable at visitor center or envelope station). If you get in late there are signs instructing you to pay at visitor center the next morning. However these must be old signs as there is an envelope station in front of the visitor center door to register and pay (didnt seem like the visitor center is open much). Noticed a lot of trash around camping area into the wooded area around it. Not a lot to do in the park but plenty of fish and boating areas nearby. Also there are camp grills at each RV/camp spot but no fire pits, although we did notice people have just built camp fires as they see fit (not sure of park policy on this). Overall its a decent enough campground if you are going to be spending all your time on the lake but wouldnt recommend for tent camping or longer RV stays if you are looking for hiking trails and more secluded relaxation.

    Neosho City Campground

A plesent RV camp but not tents allowed

Noesho's Hickory Creek RV park is a nice park with mowed grass everywhere, gravel roads and grass sites.  The site are only $12 per night.  But be warned....No tent camping is allowed and you need to go to city hall to pay your camping fee as the campground does not have a place to self register, so if you plan on staying here you will need to get to city hall before they close for the day, and they are only open from Monday - Friday.  Site use to allow tents, but does not now, most likely due to the fact that their are no restroom facilities at this campground.  All the sites come with water and electric hook ups, and their is a RV dump.  Train tracks adjoining the park and these are busy tracks with trains running day and night.  Two sides of the park have a street and a highway alongside, but traffic is slow so it seems to be fairly quiet.  The campground is part of a much larger city park.  Part of the frisbee golf course runs around the camping area, and across the road is a nice bike path.  Hickory creek runs along the edge of the park and has good fishing.  Sites do not have picnic tables but their are a few in the park witch you can use.  No campfires.

    Lovely, Peaceful, Convenient, Friendly

Stayed overnight in this lovely RV park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The park is really lovely with plenty of large trees and green grass and spacious sites. This is one of the nicest RV stays I’ve had. We enjoyed a garden right outside our door. There was free wi-go and cable TV. There was a BBQ our first night which was so gracious and enjoyable after a long day of driving. I wish we had planned a longer stay. I highly recommend.

    Nice creek and fall colors!

My first experience in an RV park and it wasn’t a bad one. Pulled into a tent site with my teardrop and stayed for a night. The RV side is exactly how I envisioned and packed pretty tight. Tent spots were fairly well spread out and in the back of the park. Only downfall, which wouldn’t matter in the summer months but the shower was outside and it was a little chilly. Overall my experience was pleasant and if I’m ever in the area, I will not hesitate to stop by again.

    Beautiful lake views

Worth the twenty minute drive from Grove. The remote location is great when you want to get away and feel like you are actually camping. The park is in the woods so almost all the spaces are shaded by beautiful old growth trees. We prefer this to the glorified parking lots that so many newer rv parks have become. The kids enjoy the outdoor pool and the lake views from the north side of the property are second to none at Grand Lake. Finally, the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful when we've stayed here and rates are great, especially for members.

Fishing folks take precedence over paying campers

Beautiful view, quiet, but annoying folks. There is one site, B69, that someone needs to have the ability and the common sense to leave it as part of the day use area. There is a man-made path directly behind where a camper/rv parks that leads down to the shore/lake, that is heavily used by those who fish. In other words, they can and will, invade upon your site, your privacy, your solitude, all day, every day, to use this path to go fishing. So, even though the site is occupied by a PAYING camper, the hosts favor those free, day use fishermen, to allow them access to the lake for their pleasure. You, the paying camper, your pleasure does not matter. Mind you, this is NOT the only way down to the lake, just most convenient. There is no respect, common courtesy or consideration towards the camper who has PAID for the site, at all. The hosts may offer to move you, but if a person picks a specific site, why should they have to move to a different site? During the open season, find a different path to get to the lake!

    First camp at Grand Lake

The Tuesday after memorial Day I decided I wanted to go to Eastern Oklahoma most of the state parks were still booked up, but I found a spot at Grand Lake below the dam. The pull through side along the river was level and offered a beautiful side of the river and the spillway with full hookups. The park was empty except for the camp host and one other camper. We found the location to be great with plenty of wildlife, including muskrats, turkey and deer close by. We were literally 200 yards from an 18-hole golf course.

    Beautiful Views - Good Price

Decent sized campground, full hookups, WiFi is a little spotty, nice view of the lake, plenty of green space for kids or dogs to play, 2 easy trails to walk. Convenient location to town, but surprising quiet for being so close.
