Tent, RV, and Cabin options available. Tent site range up to $25 nightly, $38 nightly for cabin, and up to $30 nightly for RV. Full RV hook ups, up to 30amp. Pet friendly, wooded, and has playground. Campground is close to Crate of Diamonds SP
This is a small, family run location. There are restrooms and shower facilities, as well as tent sites and RV hook ups. Plenty of room for boat parking. The cabins are adorable and feel like they are out of the 1970's but well worth the experience. Nice place to kayak. Gorgeous places to hike, watch the sunrise/sunset, and tons of room for kids to play. Pet friendly. The resident will visit you every day for belly scratches.
Visiting Craters of Diamonds State Park has always been a bucket list item, and now it is completed. Spent the day digging for diamonds with no success, but no one else had any either on the day of my visit. $10 to dig, plus more if you need to rent equipment. Lots of fun, but get ready to be messy. The campground is great as well, but be prepared it was nearly full on a mid week day in October so plan ahead. Picnic tables, metal fire rings, poles ready for you lantern. RV hook ups are available, Showers and flush toilets. This is a nice but busy campground.
Mix with long term campers, some of which looked like they would have problems moving. Very tight spacing. However, some sites are located adjacent to a canal with fishing and a boat launch. Full hook up.
We liked our week long visit here.. It was off the beaten path. Very quiet and peaceful. It seemed most people were gone during the day, maybe working. We explored the state park down the road and went on some fun drives. Easy pull through sites with full hook up. Dog friendly (I think) but there weren't any dogs running loose. There are also a couple cabins in the back it looked like.
**This rv park is not in walking distance to the Cossatot River
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, WiFi, cable, and full hook ups. Close to to town. Firepit and picnic tables on level sites.
Gravel parking lot with painted stripes, a patch of grass growing under the picnic table, and full hookups. Be sure to back in centered, others are complaining about hitting their slide outs. Watch your step. One of the long-term residents isn't picking up their dog waste. The nicest spot in the whole place is the little fenced-in dog spot overlooking the canal that makes its way out to the lake you can't see from here.
Nice, shady, level sites with full hook-ups. Three very good trails within the park. Situated on a beautiful lake near Hof Springs, AR with a marina.
This park was very peaceful and quiet. You can hear the bullfrogs at night. JJ - the owner was the ice on the cake. Just such a nice fellow. There are several full timers there. It is right on a little creek, and there are turkeys somewhere nearby. The RV Park is very very close to Hot Springs National Park, and there is an amusement park right across the highway. The Wi-Fi is nonexistent. There is no dog park, but plenty of space to walk your fur children. We enjoyed the full hook ups. Nice big pull thru sites. There is a laundry room and bathrooms on the premises. I had an enjoyable experience, and would gladly stay there again if I am ever nearby.
At one time it was a KOA then it was renamed Arkadelphia Rv park. Last year it got new owners and the name now is Caddo Valley Rv Park. The sites are large clean and all new full hookups. Still needs landscaping which is coming this spring/summer 2022. The couple that manage the park are very welcoming.
If you're wanting to be near the Cossatot River and take your RV, this is a good pick. The park is clean, has standard RV hookups, and the highway isn't full of noisy traffic.
This is one of the cleanest campgrounds I have visited. It has shower facilities with hot running water that are handicap accessible. The grounds themselves have always been litter free. Each of the designated camp sites come with electric for rv hookups. This campsite has a lake access with a swimming area and a Sandy Beach. There is also plenty of room for fishing and boating. This has been a yearly visit for me and my daughter.
I prefer to stay in COE, USFS, NPS and state parks but for my first time in a commercial park this wasn’t bad. It accepts Passport America so I paid approximately $17/night. Has cable, WiFi, full hookups and a very nice bathhouse. Sites are very level and it’s convenient to Hot Springs National Park. All sites are pull through and some are located on Lake Hamilton. It was a nice shelter in a storm (literally a huge thunderstorm system rolled through the area) so it was nice to just hang out and relax. No complaints and would definitely stay again. This is a great RV park.
Full hook ups, big campsites with table, fire pit, and level gravel. River is close by with playground. Booked up fast for us on the weekend. 20 to hot springs.
We planned on staying at Guphea Gorge but it was first come gets a spot type of camping. So we found this was closer and $39 a night plus tax. Small RV park but easy to get in and out with big rigs and full hookups. So quite you could hear a cricket fart and the babbling creek running through the beautiful property. I was disappointed that they don't promote wearing masks and social distancing 😕😱 I would definitely stay again if Gulphea Gorge is full.
Clean and well maintained. Close to town and hiking trails. Some sites are not very level. Nice creek running through one side of camp. Full hook ups lots of shade trees. Good for a few days and time to move on.
The view was amazing for $18 we had a full hook up site plus a hot shower
We loved our weekend stay at this park. There are a lot of long term people and a few that seem to rotate. The bathrooms were fantastic and so was the laundry room. Theres a little boat dock and good sized dog park too. The spots are quite close together but we enjoyed the open space at the front of the park.
Beautiful views and a great playground for young children. The bathrooms were very good. I just wish they had full hook ups.
We love visiting! Campgrounds are clean and well maintained. Sites are roomy with full hook-up. Beautiful wooded views, hiking trails, and pet friendly.
This is a National Park, full hook ups, creek, bathrooms only, less than 5 miles to Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs. Horse Race Track and Cosino.
This was on my wifes bucket list, didnt find any diamonds, got dirty but had fun and got dirty. Sites and bath house were nice , full hook ups
This is a great spot for a night, a week, or even longer! Full hook-up sites, super clean restrooms and showers, laundry room, and an outdoor pool! Free Wi-Fi included!
This place is really nice! Modern amenities such as full hook ups with nice level parking pads. There is so much to do here to keep almost anyone entertained, especially kids! There’s a swimming pool, zip line and boat rentals. They also have a hiking trail and bike rentals. Monthly and seasonal spots are also available. The drawback for me is that there is very little shade to hide under. If you want trees, be sure to get a waterfront site! I am sharing some pictures of the campground as viewed from the river to see the backside of the water sites as those are the ones I like!
Office staff (young lady named Elizabeth) was super nice and helpful. I got there after dark so could not really see what campground looks like until the morning. I just hooked up the electric due to cold temperatures. Temps were below 32 so I decided to go to bathhouse and shower since I didn’t hook up my water. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the bathroom but it was freezing in there! There’s a wall mounted Mr. Buddy heater but it was not turned on. I couldn’t get it to turn on and believe me I tried it was VERY cold that night. I headed back to my RV and got ready for bed. There’s a lot of long term residents type of people who are staying here. Someone was blaring the music or TV after 10:00 pm. Finally at 12:30 am I called the front office to their credit he went and addressed it and the music was cut off. I also noticed how loud the highway traffic noise was. Finally I looked in the morning and couldn’t find a place to throw my trash away. I am giving it 3 stars because it isn’t great but it isn’t awful. It’s just average. I give it 3 stars because of the office staff and the site was level. I wish quiet hours were enforced and the bathroom was heated especially in December when it was so cold 🥶. The sites are pull through but not paved.
We had an overnight here after visiting the hot springs national park. The euro delights food truck was a tasty treat. Loved that the pool was open until 10pm just wish the store was open past 5. Great sites. Full hook ups. Paved roads perfect for scootering.
We stayed there because we wanted to be in a more wilderness setting. It’s actually for really just for ATV-ers and not too fun for plain camping. Sites have hookups and a fire pit and dry rocky dirt otherwise. They say they have full hook up but sewer is on your way out - not at the site, internet and phone is at their general store only. The restrooms are clean, but rough. They have cute looking cabins and the staff were very nice. If you have a fancy RV then this is your spot.
