Okay for an overnight stay

Office staff (young lady named Elizabeth) was super nice and helpful. I got there after dark so could not really see what campground looks like until the morning. I just hooked up the electric due to cold temperatures. Temps were below 32 so I decided to go to bathhouse and shower since I didn’t hook up my water. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the bathroom but it was freezing in there! There’s a wall mounted Mr. Buddy heater but it was not turned on. I couldn’t get it to turn on and believe me I tried it was VERY cold that night. I headed back to my RV and got ready for bed. There’s a lot of long term residents type of people who are staying here. Someone was blaring the music or TV after 10:00 pm. Finally at 12:30 am I called the front office to their credit he went and addressed it and the music was cut off. I also noticed how loud the highway traffic noise was. Finally I looked in the morning and couldn’t find a place to throw my trash away. I am giving it 3 stars because it isn’t great but it isn’t awful. It’s just average. I give it 3 stars because of the office staff and the site was level. I wish quiet hours were enforced and the bathroom was heated especially in December when it was so cold 🥶. The sites are pull through but not paved.

Beautiful Site!

If you have a chance to stay at a site along the water…and have no one on either side of you, then you will absolutely love this place!

Sites are too close together IMHO. That is my only beef. I had 2 spots on each side open…and LOVED it!

Site dependent

If you get a lakeside spot, they look lovely. But our spot was on gravel with little wiggle room. Low hanging wires were scary pulling into our site, scraping up against our ac units (13.5’). WiFi was terrible. People are kind.

Nice park

Nice, quiet park. Laundry facilities nice and clean. Clean showers. Nice dog park. Management friendly. On lake, so some boat noise. The cons were poor local TV satellite

service and no WiFi for monthly stays. Would stay here again.

Tight camper sites

The RV park is kinda small and all of the camper pull through spots are right on top of one another. It does have great views of the lake. It is also in close proximity to Hot Springs National Park. The facilities were pretty clean and well kept. Decent spot for a short stay.

Nice and quiet

We spent a week here on our way out west. Nothing fancy but decent. Sites were pretty level but some were kind of cramped. Wifi and cable were adequate and it was relatively quiet for the time we spent here. Both ATT and Verizon signals were good here.

Nice commercial RV park convenient to Hot Springs

I prefer to stay in COE, USFS, NPS and state parks but for my first time in a commercial park this wasn’t bad. It accepts Passport America so I paid approximately $17/night. Has cable, WiFi, full hookups and a very nice bathhouse. Sites are very level and it’s convenient to Hot Springs National Park. All sites are pull through and some are located on Lake Hamilton. It was a nice shelter in a storm (literally a huge thunderstorm system rolled through the area) so it was nice to just hang out and relax. No complaints and would definitely stay again. This is a great RV park.

It's OK for the money.

Need more TLC, needs repair the gravel roads, Cable TV doesn't work and wen you call the office the owner's give a sub story about it. After all the place is good for the money.
