Best RV Parks & Resorts near Mohave Valley, AZ

Mohave Valley offers several RV parks with full hookup capabilities, including Katherine Landing North Campground and Desert View RV Resort. Sites at Katherine Landing provide concrete picnic tables, fire rings, and modern restrooms within walking distance of Lake Mohave. Desert View features pull-through sites with not-quite-level gravel pads and paved patio areas, separated by oleander hedges for privacy. Silver Creek RV Park and Riverside Casino RV Park provide big-rig friendly sites with 50-amp electrical service, water, and sewer connections. "Shady respite from the Mojave. Nice tall oleander shade hedges between each site offering total privacy. Long, flat pull-through sites."

Full hookup RV sites throughout the region vary considerably in price and amenities. Sites closer to the Colorado River tend to command higher rates but offer boat launches and water access. Dump stations are available at Katherine Landing and several other parks, while propane service requires traveling to Bullhead City for the best prices. Pet policies differ between properties, with some parks restricting dogs by weight or breed, while others provide dedicated dog run areas. According to one visitor, the Riverside RV Park offers "spacious, level sites with full hookups and well-maintained facilities, including a laundry room and a dog park."

    Colorado River Oasis RV Park

    Very well kept and pretty

Super nice RV resort in Bullhead city, I was blown away to find this little gem in this area. It's so well kept and plenty of room for the big rigs, Full hook-ups at every site(w/s/e) 20/30/50 amp, I noticed Concrete patios at most sites, oh, and did I mention they have FREE Wi-Fi throughout the park! Also FREE Cable TV! Very wide sites, with plenty of room for your slide-outs. I was impressed by how clean this park is and the level gravel throughout the park and RV sites. Everyone has access to their dope sandy beach and its free use for any guest to launch their boat. This place is pretty and filled with tropical landscaping. Another bonus is they offer a year-round swimming pool and hot tub and a clubhouse with kitchen facilities & TV, a fitness room, spotless restrooms& showers and I did notice laundry facilities. They do have Group rates as well just inquire with them.

They do have other little cabins or rooms to rent and some that overlook the water. super impressed by this entire place.

Here are my star ratings based on my lifestyle and what I like. I'm also a mother, dog mama, and a wife so it's not just me it's my crew and i. 1 star- AUTOMATIC relocate… the property is no longer there, trashed or/and I could never have my children there and I wouldn't ever think about staying no matter what. 2 star- Not really my jam, and would NEVER go to again… It probably more of desert life and not really my style for sure…Being from Vegas I can't stand being in the desert and I love the Trees and the Green more than anything. 3 star- Would stay there again in a pinch, but not really my style, the reason its not is because not enough family things to do, the scenery, or the location… but I would go again and feel safe having my kiddos here but only if I needed to in a pinch. 4 star- a really good rating for sure, maybe needed some improvements, minor things like being on top of each other, not a lot of privacy, but honestly little cosmetic things that aren't anything to sweat and would be back again for sure. 5 star- MY FAVORITE… love the location, safety, the surroundings, big camp spots available to fit toys for my kids to play, hammocks to hang, our big family tent, cases of firewood, our suburban or RV, etcccccc….. I would not only come back but would live if I could!!! Anyway thanks for reading and enjoy every moment like it's your last! CHEERS!

    Lake Havasu State Park Campground

    Arizona State Beach

Camped here  April 28 and stayed for 2 nights. Was very close to home but wanted to test out the new trailer. It's $30 a night for non beach sites and $40 for beach front. The sites are well separated and there are fire rings, cabana and picnic tables at each site. There is also water and electric at all sites, 30 and 50 amp.  Its was very warm the days we stayed and had the A/C on the whole time. There are flush toilets and showers available. Nice hiking trails around the park. The campground staff are all pleasant and they keep the sites and bathrooms very clean. Its even close enough to town that you can walk to many nice restaurants. The beach's are sandy and you have a nice view of the sunset over the water in the evening. There is a dump station for those with holding tanks. All sites are reservable and there are also air conditioned cabins for rent.
