Difficult late night check-in

We came in around 8 PM, everything seemed smooth for during a late night check-in. Only problem is, restroom code and wi-fi code was nowhere to be seen or found. We found it because I was rude to dig on what seemed like someone elses receipt from earlier same day. We stayed at site 34, wi-fi was not possible to have, so dont get hooked by free wi-fi, you have to be close to the Office to have it. We asked 2 other about codes, but none wanted to help us.

Great small park!

This is a small, very tidy campground with large pull-thru sites for big rigs. The people here are friendly and helpful. Easy location on and off highway located on historic Route 66.

Great stop in Kingman

We were heading west and wanted to stay in Kingman. This was one of the choices and I'm glad we chose Sunrise. The price was $40 and our dog was no additional charge. The park is tree lined, the host is very nice. Hookups all worked perfectly. The dog walk is a small path around the perimeter of the park. The shower facilities were clean and the water was hot. Wifi was adequate. Very nice place to re-charge your batteries.

Awesome Staff!

This place quite literally saved my partner and I’s lives when our accommodations fell through. We needed a place to park our van and thank God Sunrise had availability at the last minute. The woman who answered the phone was super helpful and immediately willing to stay a few minutes past closing time to get us all checked in. The park itself is nothing fancy and is right off the freeway, but it’s relatively quiet and we slept great. Also, far and away the cleanest bathrooms and nicest showers of any campground / RV park I’ve ever been to!

on the route 66

in the heart of Kingman, this RV park is close to route 66 and the locomotive park, and some route 66 restaurants and museums. They have 46 Sites open year-round, most sites 24′ wide Max RV Length 45′, on-site they have Picnic Tables, Ic e& Laundry is available for a cost, they DO NOT allow tent campers, but have  Electric Hook-up 20/30/50 Amps, you get WI-FI for free and clean Restrooms & Showers also, this place is handicapped accessible.

Here are my star ratings based on my lifestyle and what I like. I'm also a mother, dog mama, and a wife so it's not just me it's my crew and i. 1 star- AUTOMATIC relocate… the property is no longer there, trashed or/and I could never have my children there and I wouldn't ever think about staying no matter what. 2 star- Not really my jam, and would NEVER go to again… It probably more of desert life and not really my style for sure…Being from Vegas I can't stand being in the desert and I love the Trees and the Green more than anything. 3 star- Would stay there again in a pinch, but not really my style, the reason its not is because not enough family things to do, the scenery, or the location… but I would go again and feel safe having my kiddos here but only if I needed to in a pinch. 4 star- a really good rating for sure, maybe needed some improvements, minor things like being on top of each other, not a lot of privacy, but honestly little cosmetic things that aren't anything to sweat and would be back again for sure. 5 star- MY FAVORITE… love the location, safety, the surroundings, big camp spots available to fit toys for my kids to play, hammocks to hang, our big family tent, cases of firewood, our suburban or RV, etcccccc….. I would not only come back but would live if I could!!! Anyway thanks for reading and enjoy every moment like it's your last! CHEERS!
