Nice Campground

Clean campground with nice lake. Good sized sites with lots of privacy but most are on hill with no pad for level tents. Great hike around lake and fishing. Bonus is if you love chipmunks! There were a lot and they will steal your food!

Decent site, but the people...

The site itself was great. $40 for a nonelectric, no water site is not great but alright. The fire pits don't have grills at these sites though so be aware. The river right next to the site is really nice and pretty. About ankle deep and perfect. Bathrooms were very clean as well, though kind of…

Awesome Family Friendly Campsite

Such a friendly campsite but definitely more suited to families with kids. There were a lot of family groups booked in with adjacent sites. Unfortunately we were opposite a site being used as the kitchen area by a group of 5 dads and 12-15 kids, it was very, very loud at 7am!

I did love the…

Beautiful Place

I first made my way out to Worlds End for some solo camping about 5 years ago and fell in love with the place. My most recent trip at the beginning of May 2021 did not disappoint. I felt immensely safe, plus it was very clean and very quiet. Respectful neighbors. Truly beautiful grounds, wonderful…

Large campground in Pennsylvania near the AT

"Rocksylvania". According to hikers on the AT, this is what they call Pennsylvania, as they hike through this section of the state. And Blue Rocks Campground doesn't dissapoint.

This campground sits in the woods and rolling hills just below the Appalachian Trail. Nice huge campground. The RV sites…

Nice place to visit, at least once

The boulder field was the highlight of our camping trip. The campground has great playgrounds, several well-marked trails, and functional (if dirty and rustic) restrooms and showers. The visitors center boasts the most modern updates and a truly lovely interactive museum displaying the history and…

Peaceful and modern

Tent pads are a luxurious, soft wood mulch. Campsites are lovely and semi-private, due to low-lying shrubbery. The restroom and shower facilities are updated and extremely clean. The hikes and views are absolutely stunning, and very challenging. We love to jump in the swimming hole as a reward for…

Basic

The campground had the standard water, 30 amp, and dump station. unfortunately, it was a giant mud pit when we were there. The spots and road are not paved or have gravel. For the cost, it was pretty basic.

Nice location, nice couple

Good location, right on the river. The campground overall is very pretty. A few old, junk trailers around the property need to be hauled off. But the sites are level, grassy, water, sewer and electricity. There are a lot of seasonal and full timers. The bathrooms are “old” but were clean. The…

Clean, large and interesting having the blue rock boulders there.

Very expensive for what is offered. No water or electric at tent sites. Off season $36 peak season starting May 1st $40. Bathrooms were a hike from site 120. Pricey for what is offered. I'd only take this camping area again as a last resort as I could've done just as well creating a site on my own…

Gorgeous getaway

We had an abnormal wind advisory warning from NWS on April 30th and almost didn’t go. But we courageously went anyway and much to my surprise it was quite peaceful. Some occasional gusts the first night but after that it was very serene. Campsites are great, we had one of the pet sites. Close to…

Great little spot

The in-park campgrounds are pretty basic and very crowded. But, getting into the state game lands around it gives you a very private area and the campsites are easily accessible by car.
