Can’t beat a weekend here.

This place rocks! Riverfront is the way to go. Sites are huge and clean. Store has a little of everything. Check in was a breeze and they are very courteous. Tubing, kayaking, playing in the river, pool, park, etc…pick your activity.

Nice spot to relax.

This campground has very spacious spots. You’re definitely not on top of each other. We are in a 8 person tent and could definitely fit about 8 more tents with plenty of space in between if not more. Pool and playground for the kids. River available for tubing and cooling off. Kayaks, paddle boards, other boats allowed too.

Great campground on the Delaware

Driftstone is a gem of a campground at a great location on the Delaware. Easy access to Delaware Gap Recreation Area. Sites are pretty spacious with water and electric hookups. Nice trees are around the campground. The bathrooms are super clean and had the nicest showers I have ever seen at a campground. Would come back again.

Large sites, beautiful views

Form the moment we arrived, the young man at the gate was exceptionally polite. At the store, everyone was wearing a smile. The camp has amazing views, great access to the river and exceptionally clean. The bathrooms were a bit annoying with the “too quick self closing” faucets but I guess they don’t want anyone to forget the water running. We loved it. We will be back in 2022.

Great Little Campground

We left DC and wanted to find something about an hour or so from NYC on our way to Maine and my husband found this little gem of a campground. What a treat! When we checked in they even gave us a riverfront site because someone hadn’t showed up yet. The staff is incredible and bathhouses are so clean! Will definitely be back!

Family-friendly with lots of activities

It would be very difficult to be bored at Driftstone-- games, activities, swimming, boating, plenty of open field for the kids. It is a very family-friendly campground where the staff and other campers are very personable. A group of us stayed in the back,"west" area. The sites were large and secluded but grassy and a bit uneven and it seemed to be like this across the board. No sewer hookups and the dump station is difficult to get in and out with larger rigs. There was a feeder road just behind us so there was some traffic noise. The wifi was surprisingly good and I had a very good AT&T signal. The camp store was fairly well stocked. Everything was open, including the pool. Overall, a great experience. PLEASE NOTE: if you are towing or have a motorhome, make sure you follow the directions on the website. Coming in from the wrong road could lead you to a hairpin turn and steep hill.

Best of the Best

Smaller campground where families can get to know each other. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is memorable. Accept the Delaware River from campground and kayak trips offered. Plenty of things to do.

Great Location, Beautiful Sites, Well Run!

Driftstone is set on a beautiful location on the Delaware River. River Road on which it is located, is picturesque and quiet enough to run, walk or bike on. The sites along the river would be my first choice, but if you have children, being near the playground might be a good selection as well. Just be cautious of the placement of the dump station and proximity to the site. They don't guarantee a specific site, but can guarantee a section.  The sites are all large, and easy to get in and out of. Sites include water, electric and cable. There is an inexpensive pump out service available daily. People are friendly as is the management. We visited in the fall and the views of the leaves changing were incredible. There are some cute towns nearby and lots to explore. There is a boat ramp that can accommodate small boats and kayaks for rent. Things to do nearby include tubing, kayaking, rafting on the Delaware, hiking, breweries and Hardball Cider.

Top Notch campground

Friendly and secure. Fun events planned every summer weekend for kids and adults. Great river to play in with kayaks and canoes available. Large pool. Beautiful wooded lots. Peaceful setting. Very clean bath houses and grounds. Family run since 1960s. Great camp store for groceries, snacks and novelties. Restaurants in town. Easton PA 1/2 hour south has Crayola Factory museum that provides family adventure along with great restaurants and Saturday Farmers Market since the 1700s. Pet friendly. We love it at Driftstone!
