Description

A family owned and operated business. Owners, Chris & Shannon offer an Oklahoma welcome to all RV travelers from near and far. Many improvements have been done to make stays more pleasurable, including free WiFi. This small but friendly park is nestled between two lakes and surrounded by trees. Enjoy a tranquil setting for an evening or two, or stay longer and just get away from it all. Campsites are able to accommodate all HDTs, 5th Wheels, Travel Trailers, and Motorhomes of all classes. The park is open all year round. All are welcome to stay even the four legged passengers.

418542 East 1110 Road (Onapa Road), Checotah, OK 74426 Interstate 40 - exit 264A (Hwy 69 South), travel approximately 3 miles to the 1st exit, Onapa Road, at end of exit ramp, take a right, park is approximately 1/3 mile on the left. Highway 69 headed South - 4 miles south of Checotah/3 miles south of I-40, take the 1st exit ramp, Onapa Road, at end of exit ramp, take a right, park is approximately 1/3 mile on the left. Highway 69 head North - 8 miles north of Eufaula, exit onto Onapa Road, take a left at the stop sign, park is approximately 1/2 mile

Quiet and peaceful

Wife and I stayed here for 5 nights, the owners were very friendly and helpful. The campground is close to Checotah and several boat ramps for lake access. We will definitely stay here again.

Quiet friendly little campground.

I found this campground to be quiet, friendly, plenty of amenities. It has 50, 30 and 20 amp hookups. It has shower. It has washer and dryers. It has beautiful hiking paths. The people are friendly and helpful if there was One thing that I didn't like about the site. It's that the Wi-Fi is kind of spotty, but I can work around that.

Great, clean, quiet

Located about 4 miles south of I40, this was a great overnight stop. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. We were greater upon driving in and promptly directed to our site. They have nicely spaced spots, not exactly level, but very clean and quiet. We had no need for other amenities, so I cannot speak on that. They do have a basketball court and a cool looking playground for kids.
