Very well maintained, spacious campsites. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Not much to do in surrounding areas.

Fun for kids... good prices ...staff could be alittle nicer
According by the rates I was expecting an actual resort. But not even close. 90% of the sites are occupied by permanent campers. The staff don’t take care of the other sites at all. Ours was small and dirty. We’ve been for 2 nights in a row (so far) and both nights were very noisy because of two…
We tent camped on Aug 28. This was our first time setting up on a platform and it was very easy. Our site had a great view of the beautiful lake. There was a pool our kids could swim in until 7:00pm. They let us borrow a metal fire pit so we could make s’mores. The restrooms and showers were very…
We have been coming to this campground for seven or eight years. We’ve camped here as tent and rv campers.
The campsites tend to be spacious and wooded- perfect for privacy and hammocks.
Once we were tent camping here, and woke up to a herd of deer on our site! There were seriously 10-15 deer…

Voted bathroom long bumpy dirt roads. Other camp ground near by with dump an showers fee 3 bucks for showers unsure on dump fee. Ovh area so can get some dust an noisy atv utv an trail rigs. Seen stock jeeps an full size trucks go threw trails 5 dollars a day to ride or 30 for season have to get…
This campground was awesome. Super clean, super friendly staff and a ton of activities for kids. They have a store with all of you essentials and more!! Will go back. Highly recommend
I have reach out to this location 3 times 2 times by phone and 1 time by email. However I have not received any response from them at all. I really want to see how this location is it appears nice…. The website states they are working with limited spots since they wanted first responders and such….…
Great stay. Minutes from the zoo. We did a three day weekend here, with a day at the zoo, and the rest of the time playing at the campground.
3 kids all loved it.
Sites were gravel, not all level, but not too bad. Full hook-ups, picnic table and fire pit. Extremely friendly staff.

No issues but my husband had a conversation with an employee during which he mentioned they will be closing in October and leveling the lots
This is a very small campground located alongside a small airstrip. It is clean and the folks are friendly. It appears that most sites are rented to long-term/permanent campers. They are putting in new sites and rebuilding a local favorite restaurant that recently burned down (the restaurant is…
We stayed here during the summer at campsite 86. When we got there we noticed that the campsite was on a very big slant and while there was a “flat” area for out tent, there was no flat area for the fire pit. Also we cannot put into words how bad the yellow jacket infestation was there. It ranged…
It was a nice spot, big open camping spots that are first come first serve. The drive down the trail can be a bit much if you’re in a smaller car like we were, we had to drive slowly down because of all of the rocks. We didn’t catch any fish but I’m sure if you’re able to get out in the water via…

Restrooms were nice and clean, owner was very sweet, sites good size and those on Loop B were back in and shaded/private.

I have stayed at Morrow Mountain many times over the last 10 years. It is close to home and very convenient for me. While the facilities are aged, they are clean and work well. And if you really want to be away it is great!! The cell service is very poor.
