Steep and winding roads

Beautiful. We stayed in campground 28, edge of the mountain, hard to beat those views, but the inclement weather cut our trip short. It was very windy, I didn’t sleep much worried that the tent would collapse. Our canopy’s front half flew out of the ground in the middle of the first night, (yes…

Great, cheap site

Great little site outside Helen, only $12 to camp. There's a trail that leads 2 miles sand then you're on the AT, a creek food through the middle so you hear water all night and it covers up how close you are to the road. There's a basic toilet just hold your breath. All in all nice place for $12

Great Stay, Over Priced

First time staying. We loved the campground. All the amenities (hookups, pool, playground) were great. Campground was quiet even though there are lots of sites and it's located close to a main road. Bathrooms were about what you would expect from a campground this size. Not sure I understand the…

Could be a Solid 4 or 5, but not yet.

Because of the courteous staff and campers, nice events offered, beautiful area, nice pool, dog park, and spa amenities, I gave this campground a 4.  However, after being assured our lot along 246 would be quiet, I was quite disappointed and got poor sleep.  Lots of road noise.  Would not stay near…

KOA - Paducah kentucky

Very nice people. Very clean campground. Sites were tight. Could not fit truck on pull thru with 40’ toy hauler. Everything worked and it was fine for the overnight stay on our way south. I would not stay in a pull thru there is I was camping multiple days. Very nice place

Great view

I like this site the best because of view and close to water.

Right on the river

Older campground yet clean facilities. Right n the River very tight entrance not suited for bigger rigs. Campsites are tight to get in and out of as well. Older full timers in the grounds but they are very nice people staying in them. Overall a nice little spot.

Beautiful campground

This is a nice campground with sites decently spread out.  One drawback is that from the campground there is no easy access to the lake- you can either drive and park (and hope to find parking) or walk on a busy road .  The lake is lovely, though, we rented a paddleboard and had a wonderful…

Accessible, clean, great privacy

We picked this campground due to it's close proximity to downtown Asheville since it was at the end of a week long camping trip. It was the perfect location to go to the brewery district for a couple of hours in the evening (10-15 minutes away). That being said, it felt like you were far from an…

Great Place Just Off The Beaten Path

Up the Creek RV Camp is a great little RV camp just down the way from bustling Pigeon Forge. The sites are decently sized, with picnic tables, fire rings and cement pads for basic sites, and tables and chairs with larger fire pits at premium sites. There are no tent pads or bath houses, it is…
