Kittatinny Valley State Park Campground

Kittatinny Valley State Park Campground operates four drive-in sites within the state park boundaries, managed by NJ Division of Parks and Forestry. Reservations are available for these paid sites, though pets are not permitted. The campground provides drinking water, restrooms, picnic tables, and allows campfires, with trash service included.

Site A offers the most seclusion and sits closer to the lake, where campers report sunset views. Deer and rabbits frequent the area regularly. The sites accommodate big rigs and maintain cell service coverage. Staff members demonstrate strong knowledge of the surrounding region and assist with site changes when weather conditions create flooding issues. For additional options beyond the park, campers can explore places to camp near Andover.

A great getaway

Four spots across the public park. You’ll see deer and rabbits it’s really spacious and beautiful. Site A is the best for seclusion and a spot closer to the lake (also amazing sunsets)

Quiet area, close sites

This is a beautiful area. The sites are a little close but that's ok, everyone was really friendly. They had activities for everyone and we had a blast at bingo and won! There are so many things to do in the area with the farms and orchards and vineyards that it is great to get out and explore for a bit! The staff were extremely accommodating when one of our sites was flooded due to the previous days rain and moved us without any hesitation, and let us stay an extra night no hassle. The facilities were very nice and clean.
