"Airplanes every few hours, traffic from a nearby highway. Site 44 happens to be the only one without a tree for shade though, so unless you like hot sun- book another one."
"This is a really nice campground just outside of Memphis, TN. They have a swimming pool, playground, covered party pavilion, laundry and lots of kids activities. They also have cabins for rent."

ScoutI was a first time camper and didn’t know what to expect. I can say that it was very serene and relaxing. Areas are very clean kid friendly playgrounds. Each space was far enough but not but also in proximity to each other for those who afraid to camp out somewhere totally alone. Bathrooms are nice and easily accessible near campsites.
GuideIf you in the military or retired this is an option. Price varies with rank. It is small and quiet. 2 very friendly camp hosts. Evon called us the day of arrival. We'll maintained. Concrete pads. No bath house or laundry. I would stay here again and I am not always a fan of military campgrounds.

I did not use bathroom facilities. No one available at check-in however I had reserved and paid ahead. Staff drove around regularly. Felt safe here as a solo female tent camper with a dog. Would visit again
GuideWe spent the night while driving north past Memphis. The staff was super helpful. Our site (and the whole campground) was covered in snow and in was cold. Other that that, we had a great experience.
4 stars because it is next to an interstate highway so there is inevitable noise and not much interesting in the way of scenery. Other than that, this is a 5 star place.
We will definitely stay here again.

RangerI stayed 3 nights, most people do not. great WiFi for free. Walmart within walking distance. Fuel available at good prices. lots of food service places. Hard to find. It's between the restaurant and I-40. there were lots of frantic birds at dusk everyday I was there.
