Sam's Town Tunica

Looked to be a nice fun place at one time but this whole area has found hard times and doesn’t look like it’s going to last long. Everything here is closed or barely surviving. Rv park is well maintained but empty. Sad to see a community go from poor to thriving and then have to abandon all that’s here.

Showed up a little later than planned (7:00pm), and rushed to hookup and all was good. One little issue was that water pressure was over 50lbs! glad i have a regulator!

I was excited to stay here and get a little black jack in. When i made the rez,, it said they had shuttle service. When i called the front desk, they said they don’t do shuttles anymore. I do t have a toad, so now stuck inside the rv. I can’t even go outside…he mosquitoes are swarming like the plaque!

it is clean…but nothing all that pretty.

i’ll pass my next time through this place. 

Came here to avoid high costs and a tropical storm. Nice, quiet, over half empty. Great, level, long, concrete spaces. Everything seems to be in great working conditions. Bathhouse closed due to covid (honestly believe they don’t have the staff to care for them). Laundry room is ok at it’s best. Very peaceful, lots of security roaming, but didn’t feel unsafe. Note the $24 a night doesn’t include tax and “resort” fees of $10+. Would stay here again.
