TravelerHowever the one shower in women’s bathroom has a broken button so doesn’t work at all and the one has a plugged drain and there are 3 inches of sanitary water hazard at the bottom. So unusable. If desperate I say go use the men’s. What else can you do! Also book online before you get there!!!! Also book your car pass separately. I did not see any staff anywhere at any time. You are on your own. Too bad the state can’t afford a single staff to manage the place in the evening. Come on Minnesota… are you really that cheap? Us users are willing to pay you know!!! Charge us more so we can count on stuff being maintained! Otherwise the place is fricken gorgeous!!!!!
ScoutThe campground is super easy to find and right outside of Durand. 🏕️🌲🌳 There are plenty of places to shop, grab ice or fire wood etc. 🛒🔥🧊 There is wifi from the baseball diamond near by. ⚾📶 There are not showers so make sure to prepare for that. 🚿🚫 I suggest using thr bathroom as it has drains and stalls. 🚽🚿 I used a solar camping shower to heat water. ☀️🚿 All sites have electricity hookups as well. 💡🔌 The public pool is also near by as well as the walking trail. 🏊♀️🚶♀️ The tent sites are $20 a night and the RV sites are $45 you can pay on site. ⛺💲💰

GuideThis park is beautiful. It’s as green as green gets. Lots of room. Only electric hooks ups at each site. They do have a fresh water filling station and a dump station. Well worth the $30 per night charge.
GuideNice grass for your tent. Sites away from the water have beautiful shade. Near the water no shade. The whole tent camping area is in the middle of a frisbee golf course so lots of foot traffic by the sites.
TravelerMy dogs favorite, including the dog swim beach. Not best for dogs not good with a busy place in the summer. Showers clean, firewood, elec on every site! Shade on most, stick to the outsides of camp for better shade.
