Worst Campground Ever!

Absolutely the worst campground we have ever stayed in! We’ve been here just a few hours and have had over a dozen different people walk through the middle of our site! They walked literally between our picnic table and camper. It’s amazing! I would be surprised if we wake up tomorrow and still…

Great campsites

Had a great time camping. The restrooms on loop B are more updated than loop A.

The only complaint that I have is that with the campgrounds being so close to quantico you can hear their training at night. So around midnight we got to hear gun fire and what not through out our first night.

Gorgeous park

This spot was so nice. The trees are enchanting as you drive deep into the park to get to the oak ridge campground. 10/10 would stay here again. Oh and the showers/bathhouses are some of the nicest we have experienced!

An Amazing Experience

My wife and I were trying to find an RV location near the Annapolis city dock for a boat show and found Pine Tree Associates. We decided to give a “Naked-cation” a try and found it to be a wonderfully freeing experience. The location was private, beautiful, well maintained, and we met the most…

Great campground

This our second trip to Cunningham Falls. We stayed at Deer Spring this, but spouse would have preferred Addison Run’s more populated circle. Good hiking and nicely kept. Enjoyed a lunch by the lake.

Close to battlefield

Stayed for 5 nights to tour the historical sites. Was very easy to access from the campground. Was not a lot in the way of restaurants and take out nearby. A lot closed. The campground was packed out. We had a pull through that was easy to get in and out of but was so close to our neighbor we had…

Not much to do

It’s secluded. In most cases, that would be great. However, the area lacks a decent trail infrastructure leaving much to be desired in “stuff to do.” Don’t let the Owens Creek name fool you. It’s a brook, at best. No fish here, but there are enough places within a 10-15 min drive that you can fish…

Nice

We had to head out a day early after thunderstorms rolled in but we really enjoyed our time. Camphost was super kind and the trek to lake was nice. The lakeside was also inviting but for weather and we'd try again next time.

It's a quick drive to Mt. Washington State Park and a portion of the AT…

Sweet Little Spot

This was the first site we took kiddos to and it was a fun little trip. The aforementioned Falls were busy and viewing was a bit rough between crowds and a beehive (can’t blame the bees for that though!) The Lower Falls Trail is short but great for younger kids and we saw lots of dogs which was…

Peaceful and spacious

This state park is very quiet and clean. The sites were the biggest we've seen in our 20 plus years of camping. We had so much room for our kids and dogs to play it was fantastic. The lake was big enough for boating and kayaking along with fishing and hiking. We had a great time checking out the…

Nice place to stay with history all around!

Great place. Friendly staff and bonus that it’s pet friendly. Watch out for falling black walnuts in October. We heard them hitting ours and other rigs during our three day stay. Gets very quiet at 10pm even when the place is packed.
