We are KOA fans, the sites and staff are typically always nice. Small back in, but reasonably priced for what I got. Great location, very quiet!
Very nice park host , quiet , across the Suwannee river from fanning springs . You can kyack, canoe boat the Suwannee river full of springs ,where you can snorkel swim and even dive. About 9 miles north of cheifland Very quiet and layer back park.
Staff was very nice. Facilities clean. Nice neighbors. Was there one night; would stay again if in the area.
What a pretty place! Nice size campsite with no dedicated spot to pitch the tent but multiple options bc it is multi level with the fire pit down low in a separate hang out area. We did have a difficult time staking the tent with our tiny stakes so make sure you have titanium, the gravel is tough!…

They staff was very friendly and check in was fast. Campsites were also spread out. It was packed but still enough space between campsites to not feel overcrowded. The bathrooms were close by as well. I would highly recommend this campsite!!
Perched on the rim and a nexus of trails that will take you to everything you want to see in this part of the park. Short hike in (3 miles from Stone Door lot). Views of canyon in winter.

Great site right above the falls. A short walk down to a perfect little perch over the top of the falls and the stairs to the bottom. Fee to reserve is nominal and there is a 10% discount for TN residents.

We camped in site number 9, which is in the back of the campground. Sitting at our RV, we couldn’t see any other sites, just the woods! The hiking is great, especially for kids. We wanted to do the boat rentals but got rained out. However, be forewarned that you have to rent boats at the main…
This is a nice primitive camp site just a 2 min walk from Petty John Cave and a 5 min drive to Rock Town Trailhead. Come here to try your hand at rock climbing and spelunking. The permit was 15 dollars to access Rock Town and the Caves... I'd like to come and try my hand at spelunking some time…
The site was really spacious. There is a nice railing around the site. The campground is really hard to navigate around. The campground is not marked well and we went past the entrance…by a decent amount. Campground said it had a laundry room, but it did not. Bathrooms were pretty old. No real…

Loved it. Short walk in to camp ground. Pretty separated from other camp sites. Very dog friendly.
Such a great little campground! The sites are spaced out enough that you can kinda see other sites, but you're not all on top of each other. Most sites are a reasonable distance from the bathroom and parking lot. Sites further from both are more private. The trail to the sites also connects to…

Fort Mountain State Park in Georgia was a fantastic getaway for my family. We spent five nights there and could not have been happier. The hiking trails are great, the lookouts on the east and west sides of the mountain offer phenomenal views, and we couldn't have found a better campsite if we had…
We have used this spot as a late night stopover while en route to Florida. Little ways off the interstate, but has full hookups.
We pulled in around 8pm. The office is straight down the road when you pull in, it's basically a small shack with box out front that you grab an envelope from and then find your spot. Fill out the info on the envelope and add $20 then drop off at the office. We were right along the water, there's…
