Quail Run Farm

This is an active, veteran-owned, family-run regenerative farm less than 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga! It's the closest farm to the downtown area, so perfect for those who want to enjoy nature, but still be able to experience all of the great attractions in and around downtown Chattanooga.

In terms of accommodations, we have several offerings, including tiny homes, yurts, RV hook-ups, and traditional camping. Most of these sites sit right next to our chickens, goats, and horses. Don't be surprised if Bucky, the farm goat that thinks he is a dog, greets you in the morning!

We currently have three tiny homes. They include:

1x BR and 1XBath true tiny with full bed that sleeps as many as 3 people

2xBR and 1xBath "medium" tiny home with one queen and one twin bunkbed that sleeps as many as 4 people

2xBR and 2xLoft and 1xBath "large" tiny home with 4x Fulls/queens and a pullout couch that sleeps as many as 10 people.

Our yurts each offer a king sized bed and a little futon/tatami mat. these come with fresh sheets and table and chairs, but there is no electricity. NOTE: The yurts do not offer indoor plumbing, but have an amazing outdoor shower (pictured in the photos). The toilet is just a can with a bag, and then you can dump the bag in our waste can.

We also allow tent/van camping across much of the property.

Finally, we do have one RV hook-up site with water and electric. Other sites possible, but require your own electric and water.

Outside the front of the primary lodging area, we have some hammock chairs, fire pit and grills with a view of our horses grazing in the foreground and Lookout Mountain in the background. Explore beyond the yurts to the barn where you can meet our baby goats and pigs. Feel free to pick up some farm fresh eggs for your breakfast, before hiking down the valley to check out our cows and forrest-raised hogs. Up the hill, you will find our seasonal garden and a POOL that you can rent! Venture around to the ponds if you want to go fishing. Then after a long day of exploring take a soak in our cast-iron tub or rinse off in our outdoor shower, all looking up at Lookout Mountain and the beautiful blue sky.
