Perfect Dispersed Camping

This has been one of my favorite camping spots ever. Once you pass the Spring Creek Campground you will come up on a BLM sign and grom there until you can't drive anymore you can camp. All the way up and past the lake. I camped near the front because I got there late and had to find a spot quick…

Directions

In Almont, CO, at intersection of State Rt. 135 and County Rt. 742, take Rt. 742 for 6.9 miles to a "Y" intersection (Forest Rt. 744). Bear left onto Rt. 744 (dirt) and go 1.9 miles to campground sign. Turn right at sign into campground.
