Amazing location, so close to water. It gets hot in the sun gets intense, make sure to bring shade and you will enjoy every minute. Also bring bug spray, lots of spiders and lots of ants but that is the outdoors, just come prepared
Camp site is clean. You can order food and they will deliver. Wonderful ada bathroom/showers with a fold down bench. Friendly staff. Near freeway (lots of traffic noise. Quiet morning. Stayed for a quick night. The cabins and rv section are top notch. Tent sites are ok. If we come back will choose…
I went with our 2 grandsons and daughter. Last minute book on 106d super hot day. The place was great and. The pool a lifesaver. This was an old. Koa. Yes lots of longtermers, but clean and super nice. People lent us there floaties and even offered to get us drinks!. Bathroom s still need…
We decided to go here because it was so close to home. The wind was crazy ! We weren’t able to put our awning out . But everyone was very friendly and helpful the grass was long and sites were not level
We stayed in May weather was warm and the campgrounds were rough lots of foxtails and rocks . Campsites weren’t level and only had water and electricity. Everyone was friendly and helpful but lots of kids riding motorized bikes through campground . Not sure this is for us .

An ok campground. We went in June and it was ferociously hot. There are shade trees but they aren’t great. Water spigots on our campsite we’re great. We have a travel trailer and discovered that unfortunately the only way to back into our site meant that our door & awning faced away from the…
The campground was nice and the people were fantastic. Our site was a little small and a lot of people live there, but full hook-ups.
Very nice and beautiful campground but can be expensive. The sites are very close to each other but they are spacious. It’s nice to to wake up to the sound of the river and birds singing. This campground is ideal for families and small kids.
The tent camping is good. It’s spread out now because of social distancing. There are only 3 other campers besides me. Dogs are allowed but not on the trails so that’s a real bummer because this is a great place for hiking and horseback riding. Campsite is nothing special but the restroom gets 4…
Close to highway. Noise not a problem. Very friendly staff. Sites are close together but easy entry. Level sites with FHU’s. Would stay here again.
Made reservations Thrs. afternoon for 3 nights. Decent clean facilities. No complaints. May be back.
Great little first come first served stopover spots. There are 3 spots just after you enter this nice open space park on the bay (middle one is Covid closed as of June 2021). We got one late Friday evening. Nice park quiet at night and heavily used by joggers and bikers in morning . One night…
It’s best in the spring and fall. It’s nice and quiet and the spots are not too close to each other. Staff is nice and grounds are clean.
My experience has always been good ones for the few times I’ve been there. Always a good time with friends and also the rangers checking. Clean bathrooms and also the spots to camp.

We recently stayed here a few weeks ago. Very nice sized pads, we were in Units 212/214. Nice, clean bathrooms, which is always a plus. The only negative comment I have was so many neighbors stayed up way past the curfew, which was annoying!
