Great experience so much fun

This was a perfect place for all the family we had our grandkids and older kids and it was so fun. Rv campsite and water park was clean and very nice. Area for dogs was nice for our dogs to run around and play with other dogs as long as all dogs are friendly. lots of activities for the kids all day besides the water park, we didn't end up doing most of them because we spent all day at the water park. Water park is open 11 to 7 but Lazy river closes at 5 not sure why. Then there is the activities in club house, mini golf, lasher tag, playground, bounce pillow, basketball, volleyball, dodge ball, hayride, parade wit's Yogi which the kids all follow him on their bikes as he rides through the camp on a golf cart. the only complaint I have is that the inside of the bathrooms/showers was very hot no ventilation and it was miserable to take a shower in during the summer and you can't adjust water temperature and there is limited umbrella tables and they are only in pool area not where water playground is. other then that our experience was awesome we will definitely come back

Bad customer service

This place nickels and dimes you. The first time we came, there was a drain issue. They called an inexperienced plumber to run a snake and it burst our pipe in the RV. We tried a different site and this one had the water valve broken. The customer service people didn’t help at all. They just kept repeating sorry over and over again.

Great place for families

We loved this park. Lots of greats amenities for families. Lots of people however the park is huge and didn’t feel like it was too busy. The red carpet pull-through sites are by the front entrance. Very roomy and not as crowded as the sites by the water park area.

Just what I was looking for!

I wanted somewhere not too far to go and stay when my 5-6 year-old had 5 days off from school. This was perfect in so many ways.

Positives

- Amenities! I love how everything was themed, from the street names to the signs. Two nice playgrounds, ball courts, pool and hot tub. Watching your kids play red light/green light on the jumping pillow put a smile on every parent's face.

- Seasonal programming (weekends only). For October, we did an outdoor movie, magic pumpkins, costume contest, trick or treating, hay ride, and haunted house. My daughter loved everything except the haunted house, which she said was "too scary!"

- Clean, comfortable facilities. Lots of ways to stay. We car camped and found the hook ups really easy to use. Water, drain, 3 types of electricity, picnic table and firepit at every site. We used their bathrooms and showers and was impressed by how clean they were. Most of the time we had them completely to ourselves and they were even climate controlled.

- Restaurant. I cooked breakfast and lunch most days at the campsite, but for dinner we splashed out at the kid-friendly Waterfront Grille. Friendly staff, good food (lobster and prime rib, yum!), amazing views of the sunset.

Negatives

- Water park was closed. Call ahead to see if it is open when you want to go. I heard that it is never open because of some issue with permits or drought. If so, the promotional video is misleading and I almost deducted a star for this.

- Expensive. For camping, it is expensive, but think of it more as a theme park/resort, than true camping. We saved on the cabin and RV, and spent on the optional activities and the fancy meals.

Bottom line, I would totally go back and stay as long as I could. I hear it is super crowded in the summer, but it would be worth it if the water park is open.

Great for kids under 14

We go with several families with kids 5-13 and they all have a blast. The price per night is very expensive but there are a lot of amenities. Nice playground, basketball court, volleyball, bouncy pillow, outdoor movies, pool, lazy river, water park, bumper boats, laser tag, boat rentals on the delta, restaurants and quick bites. There is an ice cream shop, general store, and crafts some free some for purchase $7-$30. We went for Christmas in July and Santa was there for pictures, we go for Halloween and there is trick or treating through the whole place, a haunted house and a decor and costume contest. Our kids really enjoy the freedom to go play while the adults sit back and relax.

Nice for families with youn ones, but expensive and crowded

Water slide / splash as well as play ground closed due to covid (no price cut given). Lots to offer for families but it is very crowded and The camp sites are “very close”. Check in Friday 4p check out Sunday by 11a. 4 adults w/ 3 kids 4,5&7 $398 for rv spot. Keep in mind it is family friendly and they do have lots of fun stuff for kids so the price would be acceptable if you had more than one full day to enjoy. There is no way to do it all with allowed check in and check out time. In a nut shell great family weekend but priced at top end of camping $$$

Lots to do

There are plenty of things to do for your kids but be prepared to spend a lot of money for a site for the weekend.

Very trailer/R.V. camping

Came here for my parents who have an RV. Nice place for that. You can easily see into your neighbors site. There was a trail but it was not like the other campgrounds, more of a behind the scenes of the campground and other sites. They have all the hookups for you. They had a hay ride for the kids and i believe Yogi himself showed up. Not a place for me who's in a tent with no kids.

Grandkids loved it!

This was a nice campground that focuses around child /family activities. There is always something for kids to do. Campsites are nice. Restrooms are clean. Everyone is friendly as they are all there for their kids to have a good time. When you arrive a spotter takes you to your site and helps you in if you need it. Caution drive slowly there are little kids everywhere!
