This place is very family oriented and the staff is very nice. This location is close to good shopping and great dining options," explains Ray S. Pool amenities: reservation required: Several campers note the pool facilities require advance planning. "During COVID you need to reserve your time at the pool. Make sure you know that you want to stay here for the full time because there is not a generous refund policy," advises Anna about Golden Shore RV Resort. Airport noise: LAX flight path: Dockweiler Beach RV Park sits directly under airport flight patterns. "You will hear each and every of the planes taking off from LAX, but at one point you don't hear them anymore. It was not really annoying, but that flight at 5a was," warns Ignasi M. Another camper shares, "We got used to the planes, but they are certainly jarring at first."
Site size considerations: Pet-friendly campgrounds vary widely in site spacing. "If you have a larger RV or slide-outs it is recommended you book Deluxe space or Deluxe space+ parking. Standard sites may be too narrow to extend awning," notes a camper about Anaheim Harbor RV Park. Many parks have size restrictions including measurement of hitches.
Bathroom access limitations: Several parks restrict overnight bathroom access. "Great place to spend the weekend. Close enough to some good shopping and restaurants!
