The Farm

Large camping areas. Showers are a little "make shift", but seemed clean. The whole place had a cool vibe. Hard to beat the price at $10 a head. Very pretty. Deffinatly channeling a "hippie" vibe. Liked it, I would recommend

Outdated

Well, this place is just run down.

No water in the bathrooms when we were there. Also no hot water. Checkin was easy online but you can also pay on site with cash.

There are pota johns everywhere from the 80s? Maybe 70s? Outdated and dirty.

However the boondocking spots were nice views of the ozarks but was uneven terrain. Fire pit and picknick tables on site.

I would consider this an contingency only spot.

Budget Lot

For the good low price of $25 per night it is decent but...electric hookups are only 110/30am breakers that are questionable in construction, and there is one faucet for every 10 or so sites. Dump site on location. We booked through HipCamp. Another couple booked on there as well and it double booked us. Not a problem...there are LOTS is sites available. We booked for a week though and were informed we cannot stay the whole time as there is a large 3 day event coming up and al the sofa have been reserved for that. We need to be out 2 days earlier than we planned, but we were given ample notice so not a problem. There are 3 shower stalls, toilet stalls and sinks for men and women’s restrooms. Two dogs and a cat stayed with us not problem. They have a gentle lab that came to visit too. Quiet here for the most part. Not mush shade but 217 & 218 do have a shade tree.

Nice campground, decent facilities, ice and wood for sale. Stage for events, we were in a primitive spot no hookups just stone fire pit and picnic table. Found a morel mushroom in our spot. Was delicious. Beautiful area!

Quiet up in the hills

This was a fun private campground usually used as a music festival site. On the weekend I went, things were quiet and there were only a few campers. You can pay online or at the self check in kiosk(the friendly cat will want to visit). The few campers that were there were scattered over the 160 acres, with some in the trees, some along the back road, and some in the festival stage area. I picked a nice spot on the edge of the trees in the meadow where I could hear the turkeys calling to each other in the morning. Most of the campers up in the stage area seemed to be long term campers with semi-permanent structures(including a shipping container) and several converted school buses. It seemed that only the spots in the woods had rock firepits, and no sites had picnic tables. There was a bathhouse at the main check in that was available to“resident campers” only due to covid. The rest of us made due with the porta potties scattered around the property. There is an awesome frisbee golf course that seemed to cover the entire property and have more than the usual number of baskets. Also on the property are several art installations and a Jerry Garcia shrine. What more could you want?

The Farm is Great!

The Farm has such an amazing, widespread, and comfortable atmosphere that you'll never want to leave. In the morning you'll be deep in the seas of fog, and at night you'll be dazed by wide views of the stars. 18 hole diskgolf course and super fun mountain bike trails you can't beat it. And approximately 9 miles from the always exciting and quirky Eureka Springs.
