Nice campground, awesome location!

Loved how close this campground is to Acadia National Park! Nice campground with nice facilities. It’s first come first serve and they only take check or cash. They do have an atm on site. Quarter op showers, laundry on site as well. The spots are decent size, not much for privacy.

Quiet campground on the lake

We loved this campground, quiet, a lot of seasonal campers, the lake is a decent swimming temp. The bugs were kind of vicious. The bathrooms and showers were decent. People were friendly. It’s tucked away in the woods, pretty cool spot, they only take cash or check so keep that in mind.

Nice quiet campground

We enjoyed our stay here! It’s a small family owned campground, they made us feel very welcomed! The showers and bathrooms are nice, they have a pool, great wifi and service for at&t and Verizon. They had a band come out Saturday which was pretty cool!

Cute little family campground

The staff was awesome and made us feel very welcomed. The sites were nice with good shade. Not sure if swim in the River, but they also rent canoes here. Nice playground, game room, laundry, showers, bathroom. We enjoyed our little stay!

Huge! Beautiful campground

I think they have over 800 camping sites, no hookups, they do have water spouts around. The bathrooms and showers are in decent condition, heads up the showers are coin operated, so bring your quarters! The lake is beautiful, the sites are pretty secluded from each other considering how close they are. Would definitely stay again

Nice campground with nice facilities

The playground was awesome for our two year old. The tent sites had some shade, the showers and bathrooms were really nice.

Not the best experience

We got there, the host wasn’t very friendly. We had to pay $50 per night for a tent site that was sandy mud. The facilities were nice and they had a pool and some other amenities. Somebody found a snake in there trailer so watch out for those 😂

Nice family state campground

Nice facilities, most of the walking trails would have been much for our little guy. It would be an awesome place to have bikes and cruise around. Nice beaches, an awesome playground, and you’re super close to Lewes and Rehoboth beach towns. We loved exploring them. Pretty pricey for a weekday we paid 96$ for two nights. That’s with power and water though.

They have a pool!

We stayed here beginning of June and their pool was open, they have pretty good water pressure and heat at the showers. Bathrooms were kinda dirty but far from the worst we’ve seen. The tent sites are just along the tree line in the grassy field, they have water and power at them. Looks like they have cabins and they have rv spots as well. They also have a fishing pond. Bugs weren’t too bad for being right next to the woods. I think we paid $35. Camp hosts were super nice, they don’t leave the picnic tables out so they bring one out to you.

Nice facilities, clean campground

We camped right up against the lazy River, the campground was pretty open because it was a weekday. Spots are kind of close, no trees or anything to separate spots. We’re used to that now haha. It had really nice bathrooms and showers. The washers and dryers work awesome, grateful for that! We paid $29 for a no hook up tent site. Very happy with our stay!

Huge campground, beautiful scenery

Lots of options, we chose site 222 in the Senoia loop. Beautiful campground right on the lake. Clean facilities, water was a great swimming temp. The waterfront sites are cool, ours wasn’t waterfront, but it was very flat. A lot of sites have a different level to park and then stairs to get to the fire ring, table, and tent pad.

Quiet peaceful campground

We thought the traffic noise would be bad being so close to I40 but we didn’t even hear it. We had a tent site with water and power. The hosts were awesome, sold us firewood and ice for fair prices. Made sure we were good to go. Ended up staying longer than we originally planned. Bathroom/showers were decent. We were there for an awesome thunderstorm.

Great campground

Nice modern rv spots with water and electric. Nice facilities even had laundry! As far as privacy goes, it really wasn’t too bad for how close the spots were. Right next to the Chattahoochee River. Never knew how much that muddy water meant to me.

Woodstock vibes

Nice campground, decent facilities, ice and wood for sale. Stage for events, we were in a primitive spot no hookups just stone fire pit and picnic table. Found a morel mushroom in our spot. Was delicious. Beautiful area!

Great campground right on the lake

The folks that run this place were incredibly welcoming and awesome. We stayed here in the middle of April so it was still a little too cold to swim. The bathrooms/showers were clean and decent. We had a nice primitive spot we were able to drive up to. They also have spots that you can park at and walk to. Electric spots as well. There’s fishing and a boat ramp as well. The lake cabin was awesome! It was recently renovated. We will definitely stay here again any time we’re in the area.

Nice playground, decent restrooms

Stayed here for a night at an electric site to charge up. Our kiddo loved playing at the playground right by our campsite. Clean campground, clean bathrooms, no privacy but not right on top of each other. Lots of trails to hike. Decent camp store.

No service

We pulled in to camp for the weekend, nice location right on the creek. I work online so service is a must. Initial thoughts were, clean quiet, not very secluded, if we didn’t need phone service it would have been perfect place to camp

Nice campground, caring hosts

We called the campground around 5:30, we were an hour away. She said no big deal just give me a call when you get here. We arrive and she takes care of us and sells us a nice bundle of firewood. The campground has excellent service, I work online so that was a relief. Full bars on at&t and Verizon. The bath house was being renovated so only the family bathroom/shower was open. You can hear traffic from I-80. Not a big deal to us. Their swimming pool is opening soon, that’s pretty cool. A lot of long term campers on site so it’s quiet as far as other campers.

Nice campground for sure!

We got a spot for two nights in the pet area. We were shaded by trees, but the spots weren’t very private. Bathroom facilities are nice. We were right next to the big field and playground in spot 140.

Awesome campground

We stayed at this park for a couple nights. The bathroom facilities were nice, the spots were clean, we stayed during the week so it was empty. Might be a little too open if the campground is full. The overlook from the top of the “mountain” was beautiful.
