Eureka Springs Adventure Park / 3B Off Road

SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

Reservations are available at this private off-road park and campground in the Eureka Springs area, with nightly rates ranging from $10 to $45 depending on site type. The entry and exit roads are steep, and multiple campers strongly recommend 4x4 vehicles and at least a 3/4-ton truck for anyone towing a rig. That's not a minor caveat. Sites include full hookups with electric, water, and sewer connections, and a dump station is on-site for self-contained rigs passing through.

The park sits on roughly 150 acres with extensive 4x4 trails, and the campground is built around that purpose. Campers who come primarily for a level, manicured site may find the experience inconsistent: one reviewer noted dust, unlevel pads, and hookups in poor condition during a busy summer weekend, while others found the facilities clean and the off-road access worth the tradeoff. Off-road vehicle noise tends to start around 10 a.m. and winds down by 10 p.m. Pets are allowed. Cell coverage on AT&T runs to about 1-2 bars, and upload speeds are limited, so remote work is not a realistic expectation here.

Downtown Eureka Springs is roughly a 10-minute drive, and a zip-lining operation sits directly across Highway 23. Levi H. describes the shower facilities as "clean," though experiences appear to vary by season and crowd levels. Campers wanting a quieter, less activity-focused stay might consider The Woods & Hollow a few miles north, or browse campgrounds near Eureka Springs for a broader look at options in the area.

Cancelled

We had been to this place before and wanted to go again so we booked for June 14th 2025. We had to cancel due to my wife’s being diagnosed with cancer and due to the nature of the activity they reconended we not go. I contacted them and asked for the cancellation policy what I was sent said there was a 50 dollar cancellation fee. I cancelled and they kept 100 dollars I asked why and they said it was per unit. That is not what the email they sent me said just 5 minutes before. If what they would have sent me just earlier would have said that I might have kept it scheduled and let our kids go. Just not happy they didn’t honor what they sent me!!!!!

Clean & Friendly

Stayed four days in Spot 3 over the St. Paddy's Day weekend so that my family could enjoy Eureka Springs.

It's about a 10 minute drive to downtown Eureka Springs. Very convenient. There is a ziplining business across Hwy 23 from 3B, too.

Didn't come to use the offroad facilities, but I did get to check things out on my dog walks and there's a lot of offroad opportunities in this park. I didn't hear offroad vehicles until around 10 am each morning and not past 10 pm any day.

I visited with two kids (age 12 and 10) and two dogs. I felt it was safe enough to let my kids walk the dogs by themselves, but I'd imagine that as the offroading picks up here in the summer it may not be safe enough for that.

The showerhouse and bathroom facilities were clean.

There is a big decline in and a big decline out. I seriously suggest 4x4 and no smaller than 3/4 ton in and out of this place if you're towing.

Very low bandwidth on park internet, and AT&T signal here isn't great. Had 1-2 bars on AT&T 4G LTE with around 20 mbps down and around 1-2 mbps up. Didn't put up my WeBoost but I'm sure that would have improved things. There's enough internet to do your basic business, but I wouldn't rely on any of the signal to send or upload any big video files. You're not here to work anyways, so it shouldn't matter.

Not the greatest experience!

It IS called an off-road campground so I guess I cannot complain about the dirt and dust and no pavement anywhere... This is for the true off-road camping folk.

SO much dust, no campfire ring at our site, no wi-fi, pad wasn't level, hookups were falling over, "bath-house" was not clean or easy to get to, office was closed all weekend.

There just isn't anything that great about it other than the AMAZING trails. And that's what they built this campground around. So as a 4x4 playground, I give it 5 stars, as a nice place to sleep, I give it no stars.

Memorial day weekend

The owners were really friendly. The campground was clean as well as showers. Great place for off road riding. Packed the Harley too and rode the pigtail. So much beauty and fun.
