Winter Stay
We camped in one of the small RV spots. It was nice that we were the only ones on the north side of the campground. Very quiet and peaceful compared to the summer months. The bathroom was closed for renovations on the north side so we would have to walk or drive to the south side for the bathroom. Other than that, amenities were nice (electric and water).
Great place for our Christmas stay
We booked for 10 days around. Christmas and New Years. We’re meeting family for holidays.
Full hookups were nice and we got them for $42 a night.
Staff was really friendly and location seemed secure.
Quick access to national parks and other trips.
Super camping
Très bons emplacements. Barbecue individuel nettoyé après chaque utilisation ! Personnel souriant.
Good basecamp for adventures
Good place to start adventures in the area. Sadly little space between sites resulting in some parking lot vibes at least for the tent sites. Facilities and pool are definitely great, still a little on the expensive side though...
Great location
Stayed for 2 nights. Camper cabin was efficient. Bunks and a queen bed. A/C came in handy with 105degree temps. Pool had a family of 10 kids take over. Laundry was a plus. Great location.
Good campground, good location
Camped in our RV here for a little over a week. During off-season, so there were only a few other campers and the pool & hot tub were closed. Showers could have definitely been warmer and there are no fire pits, just a charcoal grill. Employees were helpful and friendly. Kiddos loved the playground and giant outside games. Site is just outside of downtown and across the street from an easy, paved bike trail that takes you right to downtown.
Great location for Arches NP
Had FHU, primarily just used electric. No shade in my spot but some sites had limited shade.
Tight spots. Neighbors very close.
Bathhouse is in good clean condition. 3 toilets, 2 urinals, 4 showers. Nice setup with few bugs in July.
Pool looked very clean, covered each night.
Campground kept clean.

Great location for exploring around Moab
We used this as a fill up, dump and laundry location in between boondocking sites. It is clean and served our purpose well.
Great rv park
We stayed in one of their cabin and it was greets for a long weekend in Moab! The folks working were really friendly and accommodating. One down side, they couldn’t give me change to use the laundry machine so come prepared if you need to do washing. Really close to town and decent wifi too.
Horrible Customer Service
This company and RV site have horrible customer service. If something comes up and you are forced to cancel, you can call them repeatedly, and they won't answer. You can leave a voicemail; they won't return it. When will they contact you? When they call to ask why you didn't show up for your reservation. Then they will tell you that despite your attempts to cancel, they will not give you a refund; instead, they will provide you with a credit that they know you can't use. This is unacceptable and an example of horrible customer service; also, it is a borderline scam. Do not use this campsite.
Great Base for exploring moab
Great convenient full hook up park that served us as great base for exploring all around Moab. We stayed here 4 nights. Kids loved the life size checkers and chess.
Nice facilities and location
Great spot and nice views. The only downside is you hear road noise since it’s right off the highway.
Great amenities but a bit of road noise
The site is great and location is fantastic. Mini putt and pool were pluses. Only gripe was the road was quite loud.
Great place
Stayed 3 nights. Plenty to do in the area. Arches national park is a 10 minute drive. Absolutely loved it!
Expensive but worth it
The only reason for 4 stars is the price. With taxes and fees, a pull through site is over $100. But it’s beautiful here. Close to Arches and Canyon lands, and the views from the campground are excellent.
Ants
I tried to tent camp here late one night in Aug. 2020. It was dark when I arrived. I picked a random tent site on the after-hours registration board, deposited my envelope in the box, and drove to the site. My red tail lights illuminated an ant hole with black ants crawling around. I tried to sleep in the bed of my truck to no avail. It was hot. I gave up around 2am and drove to a motel in Moab. I called the next day to complete the registration process and explain why I didn’t check-in in the morning and ensure to pay anyway, but no one answered or called me back.
Nice Amenities
We stayed here for two days after picking up our new travel trailer as our first test run.
My first impression is that this is a well designed park with nice amenities. With a mini putting green, oversized outdoor chess and checker set and beanbag court, there was some fun things for me to do with my kiddo. Sites are neat, utilities laid out well, and everything is clean and tidy. WiFi worked really well too. There is also a pool, but it was a little chilly for that.
This campground is very close to downtown Moab as well as Arches NP, which is where we spent a full day.
For newbies like us, a few considerations: sites slope downhill ever so slightly, so be prepared to try and level your rig. Also, the spaces are close together with narrow entries, so we had to take our time pulling our 32’ TT through so we didn’t clip either side. But you can also chalk that up to inexperience.
Would definitely stay again!
Moab Valley RV Resort, Utah
Located right off of highway 191, Moab Valley RV Resort is in the perfect location, especially for those looking to visit the national parks. Arches National Park is a short, 5 minute drive and Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse State Park are located 25 minutes away. The quaint town of Moab is a short 5 minute drive in the other direction and offers several options for restaurants, shops, hotels and a grocery store.
The campground bathrooms and showers are clean and well maintained. They also offer a nice dog park and recreation area along the tree line. During the winter the check in center is closed, but they provided us with all the information we needed prior to arrival. Overall we were pleased with the stay and we’re stunned by the surrounding area and all Moab has to offer.
Perfect place for R&R after it backpacking trip.
We spent one night here after a three day bikepacking trip and enjoyed all the amenities. Electricity, heated bathrooms and hot showers, laundry, Wi-Fi. Pretty much had it all. The RV sites were close to each other but due to Covid guests were spaced out. Being the middle of winter that was not really an issue. Plenty of space. Due to the winter season, camper sinks and bike washing station were closed. Still possible to get fill propane tanks and dump sewage.
Walk In Savior
So I attempted to go to Slickrock Campground as a walk-in, they didn’t except walk ins. Then came across Moab Valley RV resort and found it to be so easy to self check in/pay with my tear drop trailer. Ended up just needing a car camping spot and parked my vehicle in the overflow parking spot. Perfectly maintained. Has showers, a pool, convenient store, and grills. Had no complaints for this place. Will definitely come again if visiting Moab. And only a 5 minute drive to Arches National Park. All staff were so friendly. I recommend to all.
Beautiful location
We spent three nights here and the location is wonderful. Beautiful views and friendly staff. We had a tree for shade which was very helpful. Close to everything. Grounds were well maintained but sights are not very large. We lucked out and had an end site with a tree. Would definitely go back.

Most memorable park ever!
When visiting Moab, make sure to visit all of the Arches. The view is incredible, especially with a rainbow in the sky. There are some Arches where you're not able to walk within 250 feet of it due to it being fragile, but the rest of the park is the natural formation for generations to enjoy ahead.
Clean, quiet and fun
There are cabins and tent sites (I recommend a shaded/covered site as it gets hot!) There is a lovely pool, clean bathrooms and showers and a little store. When we checked in they gave us delicious fresh baked cookies! Awesome location between downtown Moab and Arches.
it’s alright
There’s not a whole lot to do when they close the pool early cause of thunderstorms. Everything is clean and staff is nice though. Its a decent place to camp though. you get a free cookie when you check in!
Great customer service
Customer service here was great. This was a standard RV Resort with pool, nice bathrooms/showers, and store. Road noise was loud, but it was beneficial to us to be so close to Arches National Park.
Nice amenities
We stayed at the tent sites. Great amenities, clean bathroom and showers. Lots of food stores near by. No fire pits, only grill. One of the negatives, close to busy street.
Nice

MOAB IS THE BEST!!
The campground is wonderful! We go with family and friends every year during fall break. There are always new places to explore and old ones to revisit. You can bring your big boy toys and cruise right to your RV after a long day in the wild.
