Pets must be on a leash no longer than six feet, and must not drink from or enter the lakes. Read about alligator safety on park maps and on signs in the park. Horseback riding: We have 13 miles of multiuse trails. You must bring your own horse and show proof of negative Coggins. Weather conditions can lead to trail closures; call the park for trail updates before your visit.

    The clubhouse is 4,300 SF and will feature 6 individual restrooms with showers, a fitness center, an arcade room, a business center, a resident lounge a community kitchen and a laundry room. Outdoor amenities include a heated pool with tanning shelves, a “beer garden” with picnic tables, fire pit, yard games and grills, a catch-and-release fishing pond with a perimeter walking trail, a dog wash, a putting green, a playground and rental storage units.
