Pad: level, concrete, long enough for my trailer and truck and a side area for another vehicle

💧 Water- very low to the ground, faucet comes off to the side

⚡ Max amp: 50- all green lights

💩 Sewer- good condition, sticks up just a few inches

📺 Cable(did not use)

👍🏻 Pros: 

• Directly across from the Dog Park(may not be a pro for everyone) 
• Against the fence. No one behind me.

👎🏻 Cons: 

• No Grill
• No Fire Ring (but you can bring the propane fire pits)
• No Picnic Table

The park is in a big U shape. All back-in sites. Concrete driveway and pads.

🚿 Showers with code to enter, 1 ADA stall, 2 regular. No toilets. Music playing.

📶 Wifi - multiple channels. Pick the strongest one.

🧺 Laundry facility with code

🐕 Off-leash dog park, tubes for dogs to run through, lighted for night use

🚧 Gated park- gate code provided

🗣 Good communication, friendly staff

☕ Cute office with coffee bar and a few necessary items for sale

🚫 Do not park/drive on the grass.$50 fine.
