I think they have over 800 camping sites, no hookups, they do have water spouts around. The bathrooms and showers are in decent condition, heads up the showers are coin operated, so bring your quarters! The lake is beautiful, the sites are pretty secluded from each other considering how close they…

Staff is hostile and rude site is crowded and unattractive it’s expensive $40 per night. We were evicted because we have a Nature’s Head composting Toilet. They require plumbed in black water.
Beautiful campground in a nice central location nearby several nice towns in Central Massachusetts. The hiking is some of the best I have seen from a campground in the area, with a huge system of trails which are all very well marked. These trails vary greatly in terms of difficulty, a few of the…
The lady that checked us in was easy to talk to, explained the campgrounds then we were escorted to our site. The site was small but a pull thru, no problems at all, full hook up. There is a nice pool just getting ready to open we are here mid, May 14th we leave. There is horse shoes, shuffle…

We enjoyed our stay here. My parents stayed in a bunkhouse and my husband and I stayed on the adjacent site. Bunkhouse is very basic but clean. Sites are well spaced with lots of types to choose from. More wooded, close to beach, open fields.
Myles Standish has a little bit of everything: hikes, swimming and easy access from Boston area. Depending on the time of year other campers can be loud. Great swimming spot for the family.

Beautiful Campground God has many trails to wake as well as a few places to swim. Great place to get away for a little while.
Normandy Farm Family RV Park is one of the best of the best in the USA. It is located easily off RT 495 and not far off Rt 95 in Foxboro MA. It has all amenities one would want, kids are safe and lots to do. They have a small fishing pond, a number of pools, hot tub etc. Lots to do around the…
This campsite loop at Myles Standish State Forest is closest to the headquarters and borders a small pond with beach. In addition to tent/RV sites, there are 3 yurts available with bunks. Sites that appear to be near the pond are pond view rather than pondside. Approaches to Yurt JC and J5, J 26,…

Stayed on an rv site for 1 week this past summer. Had a great time, kids had a blast with the boat rentals and fishing.
Saw they have 2 yurts for rent as well.
Staff was incredibly freindly and gave us restaurant recommendations around the area.
About 5 min from great hiking at purgatory…
This small state forest campground in north/central Massachusetts is just up the hill from Damon Pond. I suggest downloading maps before you head out because cell service is iffy in the area.
Sites are largely level, around a small, bisected loop with towering pines. Most of the sites are…

Water and 30/50 amp. Beach/swimming area. Bath houses were clean. Huge, modern playground.
I wasn’t sure I would like this level of glamping, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was positive and helpful and that made a difference for me. I traditionally dry camp or go for semi hooked up on purpose, I just like the quieter camping. Maybe it’s covid, but it felt good to be “near”…

Great spot, clean, fun and easy access. So many of our camping friends love this place so we figured we'd try it - outstanding.
We stayed here back in 2019 and had a nice experience. I'd totally recommend for family outdoors fun.
