Right off the highway with lots of loud trucks and bikes. The campground is very busy with loud activity from other campers at all hours
I’ve stayed here twice for camping trips. It’s a great small campground that has basic amenities. The experience is likely highly site dependent, as there are a few distinct areas to stay depending on your needs and luck. There is NO cell service and park rangers do “rounds” but aren’t stationed at…

Overall Bald Eagle State Forest was an amazing location and beautiful place to explore. We had an amazing stay, and the trails were tons of fun to drive. The only downside of our campsite was that it was listed as “motorized”. These sites are advertised as drive-up and occupy your vehicle sites,…

Stayed at site 44, it was a great time! Do the falls trail and do it early. Campsites are a little stacked but that’s okay for how nice it is and how close you are to the trailhead. Bathrooms are nice and well maintained.
Side note: absolutely no service for AT&T
This campground was very nice and had so much hiking in and around it. They were very helpful with getting us a site since it was so last minute on a holiday weekend Will be visiting again
Sites are extremely difficult to get here, with less than half being able to be booked online. No pull through sites and no sites with full hookups. More than half don’t even have electric. Most can only accommodate small rigs.
Facilities need a major upgrade, and hikes are very crowded on the…

Most of the campground was seasonal sites. People ran golf carts all day and evening long. Not just a little bit… a whole lot! The sites were in the middle of a field. Did have nice ponds. The pools needed to be updated.
This was our first time staying here and we really enjoyed it! The kids loved playing and fishing in the river and swimming in the pool. The restaurant on site had good food! They had bands on Friday and Sat night. They have a few nightly waterfront sites! Some of the sites can be tight. Ours was…
In theory, this is a nice place to stay. However, a large and noisy group of young people did not obey the 10p quiet time and there is no management enforcing rules.
I only stayed for a night, but had a wonderful visit! The campsites were great, somewhat close to others but that was fine. Bathrooms were okay and dumpsters were a bit far, but you can drive to them rather quickly. Note that alcohol is not permitted and quiet hours start at 9pm. We also did not…
Absolutely beautiful well kept campground situated between Pine Creek and the rail trail! Great facilities...there's even glamping tents!

I camp here quite often with one of my friends and we really enjoy the atmosphere here. There are not many opportunities to explore nature at this campground which is why it is a 4 stars for me. But facilities such as cabins, bathrooms, and the office are great!
Very clean and we'll managed campground. Sites are a little close in some areas, but are nice. WSE at leach sure. There are cute cabins and a tent area. Great restaurant on site with music on weekends with local bands or DJs. New Owners have worked hard to improve the park. There are no permanent…
Worlds End is one of my favorite parks. I love staying in a cabin for Christmas. Park is very clean, nice bathrooms. Lots of trees for privacy and great trails. If you have never been this one should definitely be on your list. Almost all the cabins are right next to the stream. Falling asleep to…

Loyalsock SF is amazing with tons of FREE sites (just need a permit from the office). This site was right off the road and close to a cabin, but otherwise very pleasant. Comes with a fire ring and that’s it. No water source nearby, but you are parking right where you camp. Old Loggers Path is close…
