The description says it all... almost...😉 The campsite is reasonably priced and was very clean. The lake is SO cute and we walked the path around it several times which morphs from dirt to roots to packed rocks to sand. There's also a little tiny beach on one side of the path you can throw down a…

Campground doesn't have a formal check-in process. Reservations made online or over the phone only. There are no showers, and the flush-toilet bathrooms are minimally attended. During one of my stays here, bathrooms were closed and only the vault toilets were accessible.
Some campsites are…

There is a golf course right next door. Well-curated campground. Tent camping available here, but we stayed in a yurt. Yurts do not have much greenery for privacy, but you have walls, so I suppose that makes up for it.
Inside the yurt is a heater, a small table, a bunk bed, and a futon. Fire…

Stayed numerous times in the hiker/biker section. Pre-COVID was $5, but price has been raised to $8. They do offer hot showers. Campground is huge. It doesn't offer close beach access. There are miles of dunes separating camp from the coast.
Stayed here again in July 2021. Camp area is…

We had a great time camping here for a week. Stayed in a tent and car camped. We stayed in the first and smaller loop. The sites had bushes between them for privacy and there was an open field in the middle of the loop which was a great spot for kids to play together. Just walk through the second…
This is a smaller park with tight spots that are separated by hedges. We enjoyed this spot and the people that work there. Ken and Ashley were so nice to deal with. You can walk to the dunes from the site.
We did some excellent hikes nearby.
Just not nice and relaxing. Totally gravel, small sites, no views.
Just a great State campground. Clean and quiet. Nice campsites.
The campground is in a nice secluded location with easy access to the beach. The sites are nice, separated but not very private. The amenities are basic. Restrooms and showers are dated and need updated.
We stayed here for the 4th of July. The sites are all pretty private with surroundings of trees, bushes, and a creek on one side. The sites range in size and work for RV or tent, no hook-ups though. There is a nice trail that takes you down towards the beach, but there is no beach access due to the…
Sits up above the north jetty. Not quite walking distance to the beach. Secluded sites.
I'm a solo camper, but if I was going with family, THIS would be the place. Sand dunes to slide down, a lake to swim in, tons and tons of kids riding around on their bikes (be careful driving!)
It was nice to come here during the Heat Dome of 2021. The weather was perfect for wading in the…

It’s a dispersed camping area that has some very nice spots. The river runs right by the sites and one has a nice rope swing.
We got in late and were able to drop off $10 into a pay box, the camp host found us and chatted for a bit. He was friendly. There’s plenty of room for a saturday night on July 4th weekend.
Site was really big. Sites had privacy and weren’t super close together. Lots of old growth trees and the roads through the campground and campsites were paved. Bathhouse was really clean and had ADA stalls. Water pressure was decent it just took a couple minutes to get hot and you had to keep…
