Grand Lake

Nice quiet campground on Grand Lake. Spots are spacious on back-in concrete pads. Each spot has 50/30/20 power, bbq grill, fire ring, picnic table and light on the power pole. There are flush toilets and hot showers in the bathrooms. Reservations are easily made online. We had a spot near the water with a nice view of the lake. I had good 5G cell reception with Verizon.

Beautiful Lake

The campground was closed for the season with only a small portion still open. There was a camp host on site but we did not see them. The lake is gorgeous the campground is clean. On the farthest side from the exit, there is a really nice paved trail with lookouts and various paths to the lake! The dogs loved the walk. Lots of ducks, geese and herons. Very nice overnight spot.

Good Views!

We just stayed here for the first time. The pads are really nice level concrete and they have lit power pedestals. Most of the sites have a beautiful view of the lake. The spaces are closer than I prefer and it feels a bit crowded, but we still enjoyed it. The facilities were not super clean. There is a nature center and a cool walking trail. I think this would be a great place to camp with kids. It is not our favorite, but I could see us coming back sometime.

Very nice in October

There weren't any people during the week. It was nice and peaceful. You can put your camping chairs down by the lake and sit. Not a good place to fish, unless you have a boat. The lake is shallow quite a ways.

RV Sites right on the Lake

We stayed in Site 1 which has a large yard and unobstructed view of the lake, which is only about 40 yards away.

Our site has water and 50 Amp electric and there is a dump on the way out of the park. The bathhouse is very clean, having a single bathroom stall and shower and lock on door. There is also a large bathhouse down the road.

Our AT&T hotspot had a strong signal. There is a nice nature walk trail at the end of the road.

Nice but crowded in the summer

This place was very quaint and exceptionally close to the lake. However, in the summer the day use areas are PACKED.

Nice Open and on the Water

We spent several days camping at Bernice State Park.  Spacious, open sites and beautiful views of the lake.  They have a hiking trail, but it was closed while we were there as they were getting it ready for Halloween.  Didn't use the restrooms.  We enjoyed our stay and would go back.
