We spent several days camping at Bernice State Park.  Spacious, open sites and beautiful views of the lake.  They have a hiking trail, but it was closed while we were there as they were getting it ready for Halloween.  Didn't use the restrooms.  We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

We love Lake Fort Smith State Park.  Lots of places to hike and explore, beautiful lake, and very nice camp sites.  Peaceful!!  One of our most favorite places to camp.  Well maintained, clean, nice bathhouse and friendly staff.  We go whenever we can!

We usually use Pin Oak CG at Natchez Trace State Park when we are traveling through Tennessee.  Many nice sites, and a few that aren't as nice.  But well worth stopping and enjoying the lake and peacefulness.  Our first time there was in 2014 and that is when I took the photos.

Lock A is one of our most favorite places to camp!!  Clean, level with water and electric hookups.  Lots of places to walk/hike with our dogs; we especially love watching the barges moving along the Cumberland River.  We come back any time we can.
