Great camping been here my whole life
Have camped at this location the past two trips. Sites along the lower end of the grounds are the ideal place to be as they are better spaced out and more private. All sites are decent size and bathroom facilities are typical camp bathrooms.
A very nice, tidy campground located on a peninsula jutting into Delta Lake in Central NY. Our site was level and large enough for our 22ft Airstream, a 4-person tent, pop-up canopy, and 2 vehicles. A picnic table and fire ring were on the site. Our site had 30A electrical service. The surface…
Camped on one of the waterfront tent sites. Super nice but close to highway so you could hear the cars drive by and see the hwy from the site. Not super quiet but I’d still camp here again.

I’ll start by saying Swan Bay is a busy, family-oriented campground. We arrived on a weekend and it was pretty busy but loved it during the week when everybody left and things were quieter. Well spread out sites. Privy, fire pit, and picnic table at most sites.
Please travel slow on gravel road
Easy to find state campground. Trailer/RV sites easy to access. Plenty of space between camp sites. Lots of water sites, beach, fishing, kayaking......recommended!!!
I love going here! Going across to the island is so fun and feels so special. The views are beautiful i definitely recommend the sunrise size. The sunset is of course beautiful but sunrise sites are much bigger and can lead right to the water which is much nicer. It’s a lot less windy and easier to…
Nice campground, but a little cramped, and wasn't a fan of the sandy sites but we did love the area, and the really enjoyed the campground overall. We would definitely visit again

Located in the Moose River Plains complex as part of the Adirondack Forest preserve, a remote beautiful place to camp. First come first serve near road campsites (60 total). It’s accessible by a 23 mile access Moose River Plains rd. Located near Inlet, NY where you can visit small shops,…
My family and I have been visiting Old Forge Camping Resort for 20+ years. This is one of the most family friendly resorts and a perfect weekend getaway for those living in other parts of New York State. The visitors/welcome center has everything you need, including firewood, sweatshirts and…

Beautiful new buildings on site, variety of campsites. Favorites are the beachfront sites, access to the beach and beautiful Lake Ontario. Small campground but very nice.
