Lovely Woods and waterfall

Seneca Lake and Taughannock Gorge Trail with waterfall is beautiful. However, swimming in lake is mediocre, and lots of steps on the hike. Only 2 showers in each bathhouse and low-end. Toilets are old and a bit dirty. Tent sites are

spacious and somewhat private. Electric sites are small and…

Quaint quiet safe campground

We got a nice back in spot right next to the clubhouse. Everyone has been quite friendly. Prices at the little store are reasonable. I would not fully recommend this for people needing wifi at this time.

A bit of a letdown

Our second KOA experience. We rented a deluxe cabin which was clean and spacious; give 4-4.5/5 for the cabin. Our site on the end and looking at the other sites around - great sites! Again would give a 4-4.5/5 there as well. The let downs - the lack of maintained grounds other than the sites and…

Beautiful place

Letchworth is absolutely stunning. The views are beautiful, however the scenic areas are at least a 10 minute drive from the campground. The park is massive.

There is a huge variation in site sizes. We lucked out and got a large site with privacy and an area for the kids to run around, however the…

A1 NYS campground

Large sites, clean restrooms & showers. Should be a model for other state campgrounds. Nice swimming beach & playgrounds for kids. About half hour to Watkins Glen. Beautiful sunsets over the lake.

Great stay, choose your site wisely!

We stayed 2 nights at site 1002. I think this site is one of the best in the campground! Very secluded and private. Be weary that some of the camp sites are closer to playgrounds than they appear on the map.

Great facilities, dumpsters, potable water! Bring lots of bugspray and fire starters as it…

Decent spot

Great location in the Finger Lakes. Wifi was useless. No lounge chairs at either pool which seemed weird. Nice space between sites. Free bunch of wood upon check in. Very friendly folks running the place.

Nice getaway

We’ve camped at Hamlin beach a few times and enjoyed it. We like the big open space to play kickball or other running games to pass the time by. There’s a few playgrounds for the younger kids to enjoy in camp as well as along the beach. Hopefully the snack bar by the water will be opening up again…

Secluded

We stayed for 1 night on a Thursday. At&t reception is almost non existent.

On a plus side the park itself is beautiful. Created by the CCC during the new deal. The park is flanked by a nature trail on the. South side and a trail on the north side. The park is big. If you're going to do the…

RV-centric, Full Hookups, Little Shade

Easy pull through sites that are generally very level. Hook ups are a long way from our ports. Cable included. Very little shade. Picnic table and fire ring at each site. Walk across the street to the lake and go swimming.

Great Camp to make as base camp for adventures in the area

Watkins Glen/ Corning KOA this is a nice KOA in the Watkins Glen area. Our site was a full hookup site. Campground offered clean sites with gravel drives and grass areas between them. Offers your typical KOA amenities with a huge outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tub, water slide, rock wall…

Connecting with nature

Letchworth State Park Campground sites are spacious and mostly private. Really quiet and peaceful. Bathrooms were well maintained and very clean. '

The 3 falls are beautiful. Lots of hiking and scenic sites. Museum within the park and lots of history to learn about.
