Junius Ponds

After spending the day exploring the trails, meandering creeks, pond, playground and other features this privately owned park has to offer, relax by fire at your secluded campsite, roast some marshmallows and enjoy the tranquil sounds of nature that surround you on this 75 acre haven. This hidden gem sits in the small town of Honeoye Falls, NY with a variety of locally owned  shops, restaurants, and boutiques nearby to explore.  The Finger Lake wine trails and the city of Rochester are both just a short drive away.  Fern Gully is perfect for those looking for a quiet escape or a trip full of excursions and adventures.  Whether you're from near or far, book a staycation or a weekend get-away and enjoy all that Fern Gully and the surrounding area has to offer.

The Space:

Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! 

Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed (see photos for the exact setup). The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that___s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night. 

Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation. 

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property. 

If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper___s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: Please note the terms of the cancelation policy as they are outlined in your reservation confirmation on Airbnb. Your CampKeeper is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf, and they are unable to waive any cancellation fees (if applicable). Property is a former summer camp with trails, creeks, pond,  basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball, playground & sometimes swimming.
 
Please do:
- Enjoy the property
- Be respectful of other guests, neighbors and nature
- Only use the fireplace that is situated on the campsite (no additional fires!)
- Bring any additional items you may require that are not included as part of your package (remember you can also purchase additional add-ons).
- Guests are responsible for carrying all trash out with them.
- Be realistic about the number of guests that will be in your booking, guests arriving with more guests than were booked will be turned away and/or charged accordingly.
- DO use the provided compostable toilet bags in the toilet.

Please do not:
- Have fires anywhere other than the provided fire pit.
- Cut down any trees for the fire.
- Use the woodland as the toilet, please use the facilities provided.
- Leave trash at the campsite.
- Be loud and noisy, be considerate of our neighbors and other guests.

The Hill Top Cabin and the Love Shack provide everything necessary to reconnect with nature. There is over 60 private acres to explore including a meandering creek, hard woods and open fields. At the mouth of the private drive you are welcomed by the Barn and Animals, including Chickens, Peacocks, Turkeys and occasional visiting Goat. Our cabins are very rustic, we like to call it a step up from tent camping. There is a stocked pond, bathrooms and a shower on site and a pavilion to enjoy on the grounds.

We are conveniently located- a 5 minute walk from town center with shopping, restaurants, and breweries.

The Cabins at WoodsEdge

Roughly 600 sq ft. off grid cabin located on 20 acres of pristine meandering woodland. Enjoy the deck overlooking the trees, climb up the 40 foot tower if you're feeling brave or just relax on a hammock looking up into the canopy. Go for a hike in the woods by the creek or sit out by the pond. Enjoy a bonfire in the large bonfire pit, a smaller campfire closer to the cabin at night or enjoy the stars far from any city lights. Cabin has propane powered fridge, oven/stovetop, coffee maker and light fixtures. Solar powered battery provides enough power to charge phones and basic appliances. Get away from the hustle and bustle of civilization. This place has so much to offer you'll never be bored.
