On our first visit in April we were fortunate with campsite #71. ""23 electric site per nite. Fire pits, nice place to watch the sunset, just don't speed on the road between SDC and Indian Pt CG.... cops all over the place!"

"Clean bathrooms, nice store, great pool and. shuttle to SDC are all nice amenities. We did find that the laundry room closed at 6 pm in March! Ridiculous!"

This campground is OUTSTANDING
We stayed for a week in campground A. It was the cleanest campground I have ever been to. Dorothy takes great pride in that place and it shows. The restrooms were VERY clean and the showers were great! The area was so quiet and peaceful like camping should be. I will definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work Dorothy! If it weren't for you and taking care of that place I wouldn't want to come back. See you again!

Beautiful quiet lots of amenities and perfect little stop!
For an RV park in Branson this is a GREAT option. FHU, pool, coffee house, pizza shop, yurts, cabins, RVs and all the fun right in town. We wanted to stay in town and not at the state park this time and this is a great option for that. Brand new facilities for the pool coffeehouse and pizza shop. There are tree, houses and yachts and cabins with fire pits and hammocks and hot tubs. Great option for a girls trip or family Reunion or even couples weekend. The RV spots are nice and level with full hook ups. I would recommend the backend Woods sites if you are needing a little space and privacy. And especially shade. The pull through and sunset sites along with the basic Backing sites are lacking and shade and in the summer months that’s going to be a big deal. The most shaded site for sunset is 38. The best site that I could find overall was 43. We were in 39 and had to spend most of our time around back because there was too much sun even with our awning.

Beautiful Site
Beautiful place, has river float drop point and pick up with kayak and raft rentals. Only reason 4 stars is the very steep grade going down to the main camping area thats on a curve. They did atleast pave the uphill side but definitely need to make sure your brakes are good.

Springfield - Route 66 KOA
Easy (but noisy) campspot for a long day of traveling
We are on a cross country road trip in our camper van, and we are finding KOA’s to be an easy way to drive long hours, and have a safe and reliable place to sleep at night. We make the reservations on the road, our site info is ready when we arrive after hours. The bathrooms at the KOA Holidays have been so nice, and clean. This particular KOA was very noisy. Trains passed close by all night, horns and all. Bugs were loud. We were also woken up by staff mowing the lawn and weed wacking before 8am. We were making coffee and breakfast on our table, when the mowers came right into our spot. Noise is probably less of an issue in an RV, but in a van with screens, or in a tent it will be a noisy night.

Table Rock is too big for one visit
We loved visiting Table Rock Park. We will definitely be back! We stayed at campsite 1, spot 103, a 30 AMP electric site. It was $28 a day with an online fee and tax, put us at about $120 for 4 nights. Definitely worth it and will pay when we come back. Our campsite was in the sun most of the day and that kind of sucked, it was really hot around camp. Our site had a trail right behind it and that led down to a little rock shelf on the lake that was perfect for swimming! We fished there a little and saw some fish and had a few nibbles but didnt catch anything. We went to that spot almost every day we were there. Clean bathrooms, mostly clean showers, and trying out the laundry room tomorrow. Probably one of the nicer campgrounds we've stayed at. It was too hot to hike and the marina was booked on the paddle boats we wanted to rent so we're gonna come back bc this campground is open year round!

Hosts were very accommodating. Site was lovely. Coffee shop was great. We did get a pizza one night, delicious. My only “complaint” We selected a site by the dog park on the map, but there is not a dog park.
