Edgewater Beach Resort is a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life. There are 2 RV sites at Edgewater that are located just a few feet from the water's edge. Lake Taneycomo is a cold- water lake that is famous for trout fishing. The resort has 3 docks that you can fish off of. You can also fish anywhere along the water's edge. Each RV site has water, sewer, and electric hookups, wifi, a private picnic table, and a private firepit/ grill. The sites are separated by a privacy fence for the utmost privacy. The resort has boat rentals, a fish cleaning station, an outdoor pool that is open from Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend, a playground, and a laundry room. I also have boat slips available to rent for $20 a night. The resort is next to Empire Park which has lots of fishing spots, a playground, a disc golf course, and walking trails. The resort is 16 miles from The Branson Landing. You can get there by car or boat.

*Lake Taneycomo will look different based on the seasons, weather, and the flow of water in the lake. It is common to see a large amount of duckweed in the lake, especially in the coves, during periods of high heat. It isn't attractive, but it is harmless. The maintenance crew at the resort constantly works to keep the coves looking as nice as possible, but it is a natural body of water, so there's only so much that can be done.*

Bull Creek RV Park sits just 1.5 miles east of HWY 65 at the 465/F Hwy exit in Branson, MO, just minutes away from several attractions. We have 39 full-hookup sites, each sporting 30 and 50 amp power, 110-volt receptacles, and city sewer/water. Once inside the park, you will enjoy flat, newly paved streets, huge campsites with 30' between each site, and a peaceful setting. Our best amenity is the spring-fed Bull Creek, which runs adjacent to the park. With nearly 400 feet of creek access, you'll catch yourself staring at the beautiful waterway, letting all life's troubles fade away. Bike/hiking trails, horse shoe pits, basketball court, a very large picnic area a store with thing's if you forget something, very nice bathrooms with showers. They offer tent camping area that's pretty nice, and rv camp site with Full hook ups and some with just water and electric. It's a must see, also, some site are available year round

Nestled on one of the best lakes in Missouri is this clean, family campground. Fairly level sites with quite a few lake sites. Nice boat ramp and swim area. Clean shower houses well located around the camping areas. Only complaint I could find with this location is trying to book an open spot and no full hook up. After reading a couple of reviews on this new campground (CG), we called about availability and got someone at Lambert’s Cafe who was not much help. We arrived at this new RV park addition to Lambert’s Cafe from I-57 with no issues. Coming in from I-57, we followed the signs for Lamberts and J.T. RV Park on the left side of the road. The entrance to the RV area is the second entrance into Lambert’s main parking lot. You follow the signage back to the CG which sits off to the right and behind Lambert's. This CG is first-come-first-serve. There’s a sign at the kiosk that states sites 6, 7, 8, 9, 27, 28, 29, 30,& 31 are for stays of one week or longer. We selected and parked in site 25 with FHUs, and then went back to the kiosk and paid our$40. The sites are narrow and very close to each other but this was on a Sunday and the park was fairly empty. There were about five transients overnight along with the four long-termers so having someone next to you was not an issue. There is no fire pit, picnic table, cable, or WiFI. One of the long-termers told me there’s a plan to put in a shower house, restrooms, and other amenities. We do not know if this is factual as we did not see any camp-host type of person during our stay. The CG is in an industrial area and we heard backing beeps at about 2:00 AM for a few minutes but other than that it was not bad for this type of area near a main road. We noticed a long-term resident taking their dog out and not picking up after the pet, which seemed to be common based on the'land mines' we noted while walking our dogs around. There is a dump station here that is a $10 fee if not staying in the CG. Lambert's Cafe is within easy walking distance. We had good water pressure at 50 psi and 4 bars on Verizon. This place is pretty much a parking lot with no trees so no problem with satellite. We got a good variety of OTA stations as well. This CG was a little on the pricey side for what you get unless maybe you are a huge Lambert’s Cafe fan. No surprises at this new RV Park as the sites are pretty much level and the roads easy to navigate. However, this place worked for an overnighter.

This is a small park, but it does have a bit of everything - RV hookups, walk-in sites, trails, and play ground for kids. Unfortunately the road (AR 23 spur) goes right next to camp sites and there is traffic all night long. Also, the tent pads are just a bit small - our Coleman Montana 8 just barely fit. However, the bathrooms and showers were very clean and well maintained.

For starters the RV park is about 1/4 down a 1 lane gravel road so if you’re pulling a big rig you better hope you don’t meet another vehicle. All the 50 amp full hookup sites seem to be in use by permanent residents. The 30 amp sites are not on level ground. No water or sewer connections for the 30 amp sites. The road also gets a little steep and winding to the 30 amp sites. Nice small lakes make for a nice view once you get into the valley.

You will love this campground. It's a beautiful rv resort next to the water. Step out of your rv and you will see some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere in the United States. Michael is the director of the campground and he is so very helpful and congenial. We travel to many states but this campground is our very favorite and if you like or love to fish, this is your place! Go see for yourselves and we will probably see you there!!

This is camping, not an RV park. Gravel roads and uneven RV spots with uneven picnic/fire pit areas. One or two trees between most campsites, but very open. My site had 30 amp electric, water, and sewer. It had cable tv, which I didn’t use. Ask about 50 amp electric. Bathrooms looked clean but they are located by the general store on the way to the river. River was completely wooded with a large dock and moorage. I did not notice laundry facilities. There is a general store, but nobody to help you park. Lots of space, so that wouldn’t be a problem. Do expecting level your rig as most spots are uneven.
While the resort is surrounded by River and trees it’s a short drive into civilization.

The state park is located on Table Rock Lake and offers 2 campgrounds. RV hookups and tent camping available. Each site has a picnic table, fire pit with grill cover and a paved area. Some of the spots are rocky so keep that in mind. There is also a bathhouse, fairly clean. While we were there we went to the Dewey Short Visitor Center which was really neat. There is also some hiking and a playground for the kids! Close to Branson, MO. I would highly recommend a tour of Dogwood Canyons while in the area!

Walk to swim from the shore. No beach but rocks to jump from into incredibly deep water.

All gravel on roads and sites. I do not recommend this place unless loud road noise does not bother you.

First, the park is nothing like the picture. The park is basically host to long term residents who work in Branson. James, the manager, was helpful and apologized for the homeless that hang out in and around the park. I would not recommend this park for the traveling RVer who is looking for a camper friendly park.

We have been coming to this park for years. We did not stay here last couple of years due to the amount of Longterm campers that had trashed the place. The new Owners have really cleaned up the park and gotten rid of so many of the problems that were bringing this once loved park down.
They have since cleaned up the park, gotten rid of the long term campers who were not friendly and were frankly scary. They've implemented security and rules and hired a fantastic manager.
They have brought in new facility, renovated the office and community room and are adding new pads. Added a new community fire pit and bbq area and have cook outs with the guests on weekends. The handful of long term guests who have stayed are extremely friendly and love the changes that have happened.
That is ultimately why we decided to give it another try and we are so glad we did!
So happy to have this once amazing park coming back to life.

When coming to Eureka Springs there are a lot of accommodation options. Best known for their many bed and breakfast options and historic hotels, many tend to gravitate toward those options. However, like always, I was looking for something for those seeking a tent option. I was not supposed to notice more than a few popped up in this destination. I settled on Kettle Campground, a camp which has been a staple in Eureka Springs for years and actually used to be the location my family camped when I was younger.
Upon arriving to Kettle around 5 p.m. offices were closed already for the day, but a board outside the office displayed openings for the evenings alongside camp maps and rules. I found a tent site in the primitive area and made my way to it along gravel roadways.
I noticed a lot of long term campers in RVs at this location alongside overnighters, both options which are made available to those requiring full hook ups. As I neared the tent area I was the only one, coming mid week impacted this I am sure but it made for a quite and pleasant stay on the grounds
Small branches abounded for starter wood for fires and firewood was being sold at the front entrance as well for campfires. As I cleared away small twigs from my tent pad area I noticed the ground was soft enough for my tent stakes yet still a bit rocky.
It was indeed a primitive site in feeling in that it wasn't as even as the rv of hook up sites for tents. The terrain was a bit more rugged and the parking was a bit questionable had I have been there with others as it did not have an exact marked spot.
After assembling my tent, I did a quick walk through of the facilities which included a laundry area, bathhouse, pavilion, pool and recreational area. Many improvements had been made since my younger years camping here. Overall the sites were clean as I walked around. I did notice someone had left the bathhouse women's door open and in going in it appeared a few bugs had come in the night before as bugs do when they see light. Nothing scary or uncommon for a campground but I tend to be a little mindful of other things which could find their way in as well when I notice this, though it appeared all good.
I elected to swim in the pool which has opening hours during daylight. I was undisturbed when doing so by any other campers and despite the pool having highway frontage it did not appear loud.
The next morning when I woke I made it to the office to pay for my site and office staff was incredibly friendly and informative. I noticed a variety of services were available in the office including wifi, trolly tickets and movie rentals.

All in all I give this campground 3 of 5 Bunnies. The main reason for the drop in rating was the campsites being unmarked making it hard to determine parking and actual camp boundaries for tent campers. In addition, the roadway in and out of the tent area was a bit washed out and so it made for a very off road feel versus the other roads throughout being more even, almost as though the single road was an afterthought on maintenance because they do not host as many tent campers.

Loved, loved, loved staying here! Hosts were gracious and easy to work with. Location is great for all the outdoor activities and is close to the fun in Branson. Edgewater has all the amenities you could want; great views, a lake to fish, swim, or boat in, a pool and a playground. We stayed in our RV and found the sites to be level, clean, and private. They are nestled by the lake with a privacy fence separating the spacious sites. Each site is full hook-up (back-in) with no obstructions. Each site came with their own newly constructed fire pit and picnic table. Our stay was lengthy and the pricing fair. Our family will definitely be back!
ScoutThe Cooper Creek resort is a clean campground on the shore of Lake Taneycomo close to all the Branson activities including the Branson Landing. All the sites are full hook up and full of trees. We stayed in March and the resort was pretty empty and very quiet. Very good military discount. This is the second time staying and will definitely return again.
