Beautiful area. I question if I would like this spot. Its right off route 9. My spot was right next to road. I honest didn't notice road threw out the night. Water rentals kayaks etc were very reasonable. Staff was very nice. Staff treated you like you were friends not customers. Restrooms were…
Very friendly staff, very open to our changing plans. Nice peaceful lake view and access. Location was a good 45 min drive from Acadia National Park, longer than we anticipated. Drive got old after a couple days.
A magical place. This place is so much more than a beautiful campground nestled among gorgeous old growth trees located right on the shore. It’s also a treasure trove of arts of all kinds - fiber arts, metal sculptures, carvings, paintings, and music. We got lucky and stayed on a lovely weekend…

Clean, orderly and peaceful. Great campground for small rigs, pull behinds, vans and tents. Water view sites are very limited so book ahead. Sites 12 and 10 offer good water views. Other sites range from secluded to close. A very quiet and peaceful rocky beach is found down a nice path with two…

Spent 2 nights here and loved every minute of it. From the amazing sunsets, to the nice tent sites, Bar Harbor KOA impressed us. Quick check-in, free delivery for firewood, hot water for showering.

Quick walk to bathrooms & showers, which are very clean. Held lots of activities over the weekend, busy crowd. Got a nice secluded tent space.
Very nice camp ground. Big place with plenty of sites. All different types of sites. Electric, No electric, Water, sewer hook up or really nice tent sites in the woods. All amenities and a pool.
This is a great little campground, that goes the extra mile in everything they do. From an effortless check in to free delivery of everything from coffee to firewood to cooked lobsters. Looking forward to heading back next year

Staff was nice and flexible, facilities were clean. Great for friends and family
The premium tent sites were large. The playground was great for the kids. The swimming pool was a highlight as well. The bathrooms and hot showers are dated and get crowded at times. Ice and wood for sale at the camp store was handy.
Well maintained. Pet friendly BUT must be in leak at all times. Cannot be left alone in RV or vehicle. No sewer. Friendly atmosphere

This beautiful state park is behind on maintenance of sites & bathroom facilities. The bathroom for the lower loop needs a vigorous power wash and updating of the stalls, lighting and dryer system. Gross was the word that kept repeating in my mind for the shower and flush toilet…

Close to Acadia. Very close campsites. Has a nice pool. Has clean bathrooms. Laundry and store. We were happy to stay here it was quiet enough and friendly service.
You really need to be very cautious when selecting a site here. So many of them are challenging since the park is on a significant pitch. We could not get level, particularly at site 33 with a large 40’ rig. There are no sewer hookups so make sure you have tank space b4 setting up. Otherwise, great…
First day, my wife was helping our 5 year old climb onto the float like the big kids. 5 minutes later, management came over and said, "I heard you were pulling my float in." No sense of customer relations, just rude. My wife clearly cannot move a float. Even if she could, shouldn't it be chained to…
