A tranquil site in open and blossoming blueberry barrens, come later in the summer to pick your own fresh off the vine! This location is relatively remote- a(in parts really) rough dirt road leads to my property which comprises 12 acres surrounded by/looking across hundreds of acres of other family members' blueberry barrens- perfect for those wanting a private and peaceful retreat! Beautiful views of Blue Hill mountain, great sun(and sometimes moon!) rises and sunsets, and your own personal planetarium on clear(best on the new moon) nights! On the same road as(5 min from) Kingdom Woods Conservation Area(800 acre area with peaceful trails and a pond), 10 minutes from Blue Hill town center and its amenities(YMCA- hot showers, Tradewind's/Coop supermarkets,) and nature mountain(hiking!) and its Bay(swimming!), 20-30 minutes from Holbrook Island Sanctuary, the historic Castine waterfront, the quaint finishing villages of Deer Isle and Stonington, and 45 minutes to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park!
