Ok

Ok for one night. Seems like there were many long term residents there. Noisy with dogs barking, motorcycles, and swearing.

Beach campground

Really nice campground with a few cabins on Lake Michigan. Campsites are about 1/2 mile walk or less to the beach. Nice facilities, and overall kept up very well. Weko Beach is an awesome beach, and we frequent there. There aren’t any hiking trails or anything like that, but Warren Dunes, Grand…

One step above WALMART

This campground hosts many permanent or monthly campers, as evidenced by semi permanent structures, fences etc. There is a small lake that offers swimming and fishing, but we did not use this area. It is a huge area, with 4 shower and bathroom facilities, but they were old and needed…

Close to the dunes and Lake Michigan

The park is clean, quiet, has a camp store, and average shower and restrooms. The beach is a short half mile walk away, and the 3 dunes challenge hike trailhead is here. We were only able to get one night here, and the next place we stayed at in the area was a big letdown.

A Home Away from Home

I just moved here with my family about 10 minutes down the road from Warren Dunes, and Warren Dunes is one of the main reasons why we moved here. I’ve been coming to this park since I was a kid, and we usually camp there once or twice a year. This year I think we’ve camped there at least 10 times…

Great stay

Village owned and operated campground, right on the St. Joseph River. Open all year. Many long term campers. $35 gets you a level full hook up site with WiFi. Very clean and well maintained with friendly staff.

A good campground over all

It is a very nice campground. It could use some updates. More water and electric sites. Bathrooms are clean but small. The dump station was full and we couldn’t dump our camper. The staff is very nice but not always at the camp store.

Very pieceful

The grounds are great nice and quite. There is a close lake for fishing and they are open year round which in this area for me is a plus. Unfortunately the bathhouse is very rough. There is no filter on any of the well water so it smells like rust and it looks like it is under construction which…

Great state park

Campground quiet and bathroom and showers very clean. Our site was close to the trails leading to the dunes. Loved watching the waves on Lake Michigan and climbing the sand dunes.

Great place close to home

I took my son for a quick trip, but the camp grounds were full, so we made a day of hiking, biking and fishing…of course we had a picnic, too. The trail head near the fishing dock was the perfect place to park. It allowed hiking one way and biking the other. The trails were very well maintained,…
