    Falling Waters State Park Campground

    Falling Waters & Quietness

Camp sites have been renovated, all new gravel with railroad ties for retaining wall for the gravel.  Sites are all 50/30 amp with water.  Most of the sites are under shade.  It is a small campground with only 20 spots and some are tight if you have a big rig, but there are pull throughs for the big rigs.

    Staff was friendly and helpful.

Shower facilities were clean - at least mens.

I'd give it a 5 start but the dump station does not have the hose hookups for flushing your tanks, just draining.  So be sure to fill up your gray tank to wash down he black excretions.

I'll return because it was enjoyable area.

    River Junction - Lake Seminole

    Awesome surprise!

What an awesome surprise! COE campground on a dead end road (ends at the boat ramp) with water and power. Dump is just up the road on your way out of the park and super easy to get to. Level sites, nicely spaced and mostly shaded. I bet it’s even more beautiful in the spring and fall. Picnic table, fire pit, grill and a fish station at all sites. Walking distance to boat ramp and lake access. Pet friendly. Road in was paved and well maintained. First come first served and although there is a camp host on site there is no way to call to check availability. $20/night ($10/night senior citizen or Access Pass).

    Bainbridge Flint River

    Level & spacious pull through

We needed a one night stop & this was perfect. Made our reservations online the day before. Host called me the next morning to confirm arrival time. Hosts were very kind, and escorted us to our site. Site was big, level, and pull through with full hookups. Long term rigs were kept pretty clean as I could tell. We didn’t use any facilities so have no comment on those.

    Three Rivers State Park Campground

    A Great Florida State Park

Small, well maintained park and sites, with 30/50 amp and water hook ups. A pleasant surprise when we arrived, after miles of rural driving! GPS took us the correct way, but seemed we were lost! Staff greeted us at entrance, gave us a map and explained how to get to our site. It was raining, and our site was back-in and downhill, mostly level with gravel, a picnic table, has a fire-ring with grill grate. Bathhouse is clean and impressed how the trash area and dump station were placed away from campers. The dock/pier, and boat ramp, are at the back part of the campground, The amenities are nice and there is outdoor cleaning sink behind the bathhouse, sitting area overlooking the river, the fish cleaning station, fire pit area, trails, and canoe/kayak drying area. 3 concrete sites, as well as tent sites. Lots of spacing between most of the sites, some are waterfront. Wildlife is plentiful and the trails are a great way to enjoy it all! We will come back! And it’s only $20 a night!

    Florida Caverns RV Resort

    Nice Stay

We stayed here for two nights/three days of a ten day trip. It was hands-down the nicest of the locations. Clean, concrete pads, excellent location and good wi-fi that was not up-charged. The pool area was nice and clean. Service and staff were excellent/friendly and they escorted us to our site upon arrival. They also have trash pickup at your site daily. We saw a security truck drive through several times and had no problems from our neighbors. The location near the water cannot be beat. We were located near the docks and I was able to launch my paddle board easily. The water was gorgeous and clear on the adjacent spring/pond. Our AT&T cell service was good.

My only(very minor) complaints are that there are very few trees or shaded areas at this location and it would have been nice to have the fire pits included at the site. We did not spend any time sitting outside our camper and we only did about ten minutes in the dog park because of the sun, but then again, it's Florida in July in an area that's still recovering from tornadoes and a major hurricane. And by the time we thought it had cooled off enough to enjoy s'mores in the evening, the office had long since closed so we couldn't rent a fire pit. We have family that we visit often in the area, so we will definitely stay here again! We camped at Florida Caverns RV Resort at Merritt's Mill Pond in a Travel Trailer.

    Falling Waters State Park Campground

    Tallest waterfall in florida.

Not a very big state park but it was very quiet and relaxing. Only about 20 sites total with a very nice restrooms and showers. There was also a spot to wash dishes. Alot of trees so plenty of shade. There are pull through and back in sites. Tent camping all the way up to class A. Water and electric but no sewer at site. There is a dump station. The falls and the lake were nice but depend on rainfall. We have been in a little drought so it was a trickle. There are fish in the lake but do not like to be caught. Swimming area at the lake as well. Some trails but not a bunch. Would definitely come back.

    Tallahassee RV Park

    Very Nice RV Park

We stayed nine days in Campsite 39, a gravel pull through with more than enough room for our 27' truck camper and jeep tow vehicle. We used 30 amp power and it was steady. The power, sewer and water connections were conveniently located. We were impressed by the cleanliness of this RV park; there are many pine trees and the staff worked hard to keep the sites and roads neat and raked. The laundry is reasonable at$2 wash and$1.50 dry and all the machines were clean and worked properly. We did not use the pool, restrooms or showers but they were all clean and in good condition. A Walmart Supercenter, Publix Market, Costco and Bass Pro are 4 miles away. Wakulla Springs State Park is 23 miles away and worth a visit. We enjoyed our time here and will stay again.
