Panacea RV Park

Panacea RV Park sits along Highway 98 in the small coastal town of Panacea, accommodating RVs up to 75 feet with full hookups including electric, water, and sewer connections. The park features gravel sites spread across property dotted with mature trees that provide varying levels of shade throughout the grounds. Highway noise diminishes significantly at night, creating quieter conditions for sleeping.

The park maintains a small swimming pool and provides a fishing dock with a dedicated fish cleaning station for anglers targeting the nearby coastal waters. MtnBkr1984 notes the staff "have great advice about where to go kayaking," reflecting the park's proximity to waterways popular for paddling. Sites accommodate larger rigs comfortably, with reviewers successfully parking 40-foot fifth wheels alongside trucks and additional camping gear.

Basic amenities include restrooms with small but clean shower facilities, WiFi access, and a dump station. The park allows pets and currently operates expansion projects to add more sites. Monthly rates run around $600, making it an option for extended stays. For those exploring the broader area, campgrounds just outside Panacea provide additional choices along this stretch of Florida's Big Bend coast.

RUSTIC BUT FRIENDLY.

We stayed here for a month June to July. We have enjoyed our stay. There is a small pool that is open mostly all the time. Very friendly people. Gravel lots, not huge but big enough, we have a 40 ft 5th wheel and a very large truck and we had plenty of space to put up our gazelle tent. And also have outdoor seating too. Prices are great. $300 FOR 2 WEEKS.

Clean and cozy

I used to live here and the front desk people are pretty nice. Showers are small but sanitary. Pool is always clean and they have a fishing dock with an area to clean your fish

Great Location

This is a nice park with a perfect location in Panacea.  It is close to the water and everything else in Panacea.  The park is near the main highway, which gets pretty quiet at night.  There are nice big trees all over the property.  They are in the process of upgrading the park with additional spots.  The people are super friendly and have great advice about where to go kayaking.
