Florida Caverns RV Resort is a quiet and tranquil country like setting along the banks of a crystal clear spring fed river. Enjoy the eco-tourism activities or just rest and watch nature at it’s finest. We are conveniently located off US Highway 90 and Interstate 10 in Marianna, Florida. Giant pines and soulful cypress trees line the waterline of the beautiful and historic Merritt’s Mill Pond. Upon entering you’ll enjoy a large variety of flowering shrubs and plants that create a quiet and relaxing lake-view getaway. Our resort has almost 1800 feet on the crystal clear, spring fed, Merritt’s Mill Pond. Our boat ramp and boat docks are always open for our guests. Join us on the 22 acre Big-Rig friendly RV resort where you can fish, dive, snorkel, swim, boat, paddleboard, kayak, tube, lounge, hike, relax, and reunite with nature, with resort amenities at your fingertips.

Our goal is to offer guests a clean, fun, and safe place to visit. Whether you stay overnight traveling through the area, are on a vacation get-a-way, or are staying for several months, our management and staff are here to ensure your stay at Florida Caverns RV Resort exceeds your expectations. Nice resort and friendly Stagg.

Nice campground resort. Within 10 mins to everything you need from Walmart to Hospital. Very nice Clubhouse with a kitchen that can be reserved by guests. Nice pool . Nice laundry room. And a workout room . The only downfall I have noticed is being able to hear the traffic from 90 in the evenings but not a big deal to me. Nice restrooms with showers . Fenced in dog park. Everything you need for a great stay !

Terrible

There is no shade, no privacy between campsites, if you want to have a fire you have to pay extra to rent a firepit, if you want to play pool or minigolf or even horseshoes then you have to give the front desk your license and turn them back in before they close at 5. Staff was rude and nit very helpful. Just in gendral place needs a lot of work.

4820 US-90, Marianna, FL 32446 Eastbound from Pensacola, Florida: Take I-10 East towards Tallahassee leaving I-10 at Exit 142. Turn left from the off ramp. Go north on SR 71 for 1.6 miles, turn left on US 90. Entrance is two blocks on the right. Westbound from Tallahassee, Florida: Take I-10 West towards Pensacola leaving I-10 at Exit 142. Turn right from the off ramp. Go north on SR 71 for 1.6 miles, turn left on US 90. Entrance is two blocks on the right.
