Pros: quiet, level site, full hookups that all functioned, friendly work campers.
Cons: Very dated facilities in need of updates. Rec room is a "wreck." There are signs of patchwork repair and stalled projects everywhere. Very few services or businesses within 20 miles.
ATT IS GREAT! I did not try the wifi. I did not check out the laundry or exercise room.

This is an ok place, but ROUGH, with lots of older rigs. The laundry is nice, but inside a questionable looking metal building. They only take cash and checks. No credit cards.
