ScoutMost spaces don’t have shade. I saw some tent campers erect their tents in shady spots, but for RVs there’s no shade from trees…. At all. The beach view is not a view unless you have a tall unit or a rooftop tent. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed the stay. The walk to the waters edge is maybe 150 yards at the most.

Gonna sleep until sunrise then GTFO. I got caught after dark here and none of the hotels had rooms that I called. Very busy location, I gather, for visitors, so book your hotels ahead or be prepared to sleep a bit lightly.

The resort is well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The general store and restaurant located at Pismo Coast Village are superb.

Numerous restaurants and a Vons grocery store less than a mile away on Grand Avenue. Very clean and quiet. We're looking forward to staying here again. We had our 5th wheel towed here by Pismo Coast Village Resort's RV Storage. Fin's Bar & Grill is fantastic. Francisco's Country Kitchen is awesome for breakfast and lunch.

The view was awesome. looking over the Bay, the sunset was spectacular. Just over the ridge. From the staff greeting to departure, the experience was absolutely chill and kind.
