The office staff is very nice and accommodating. Full service with 30/50 amp sites, has Live Oak trees and shade. Not right on the beach but just a short drive. Has all kinds of scheduled events weekly and monthly. Has satellite TV and a decent WI-FI.

The park is located 6 miles outside and south of Palestine. It’s almost halfway on Co Rd 156 between FM 2419 and US 287. Once in the park, the roads are a little rough and there is a mix between Mobile Homes and RVs. Our visit has been quiet and peaceful outside of a few barks from the dogs. The owners seem to be pleasant.

We spent a month here. Very quiet, beautiful area, and lots of attractions in Hot Springs. The Office has been kind and helpful.

Stayed for about a month. Very nice and the staff is friendly. Has laundry facilities, 30/50 amp hookups, water, sewer, back-ins and pull-throughs. Has a nice pond and pet friendly.

Easy access and fairly level sites. Very friendly staff from making reservations to check out.
