GuideIt’s basically a pull off from the forest service road with a fire ring, but remote enough that you never see anyone. Going on day 3 and I’ve yet to see another car go by. The views in the pictures speak for themselves.

GuideThis is a small camp ground, but very charming. The Rv spaces are close together but each site has water and electric. The downside is there is no sewage dumping site at the park. However there are public bathroom available. The view of the sound is stunning.
ScoutWe spent 1 night at Elkamp and were sad to have to move on so quickly. It would be a great base for exploring the south side of Mt. Rainier as it is within minutes of the Nisquilly entrance. The majority of the campsites were amid tall trees. Site G was more in the open with less shade; however it was situated next to a gentle creek. Elkamp was very clean with the nicest campground bathrooms we have ever experienced. The shower is coin-operated so bring quarters if you wish to use. Would definitely stay at Elkamp again if we were to return to the area in the future.

GuideVery loud children on a Thursday night, but the campsites are cute and well maintained, all have a firepit, bathrooms close to everything. Bathrooms are smelly but clean. It is roughly $40 for a night tho. Recommend the lower #ed side of the campground.
GuideBeautiful, clean campground. Short hike to river spots that are perfect for wading or fishing. 10 minute drive from Deep Lake which is beautiful and great for swimming and paddle boarding. Great cell service if you have TMobile. Clean bathrooms and free showers. Friendly camp hosts.
GuideThis was a great spot right by the park for us to crash for the night. We pulled in on a Tuesday night and there were lots of spots open. Great sites with a table and a fire pit. Multiple bathrooms throughout the area as well. There are plenty of hikes and areas to explore, plus you can buy firewood right down the road if you want to cook or just hang out. It was pretty quiet, you could pick from secluded or more open sites. We slept in our rooftop tent and loved the nature sounds throughout the night.
