Great place for monument Valley

This is Monument Valley Koa. It is fairly new. Gravel roads and sites. Clean and we'll kept. There are new small trees planted, but no shade. The sites are large and the roads are wide. Plenty of room for larger rigs. We had only 1X Verizon service. We could receive and send texts. They have wifi,…

No view

$20 to camp with no view. Water available. 2 bars 4g with Verizon. Easy to get to. Not far from town. Lots of wildlife. Would be 5 stars if prices matched site location. Water available.

Ready for a return trip

We stayed here last year in early August. Great views, wide spaces, super clean park, ultra clean restrooms and showers. Across the highway from a large lake. Close to many many Native American Ruins all part of Canyon of The Ancients. We are going back for a weeks stay late July early August 2021.…

Majority of spaces too close together

The person checking us in was very kind and helpful. We requested an end space because our young pup has a fear of vehicles. She gave us a space with a huge grassy area and nice shade tree! The bad points of this RV Park are: 1) The pool is closed and there’s no mention of that anywhere! 2) when…

Avoid it

We had reservations here for 3 days with 2 rv,s and 5 people. We were never told it was a dry casino but we knew it from doing some homework. No one ever told us it was against tribal law to possess alcohol even in our RV. They told us it was a punishment offense. We left after 22 hours. They said…

Absolute Gem

Easily one of my favorite sites I have stayed at in Colorado! It is an incredible set up for tent camping. The pass are well manicured with very fine rock and very level. The bathrooms and laundry facility are A+, they are located right next to the tent sites. You will be hard pressed to find a…

Best We've Stayed

This park is very well-kept and the views are amazing. Most sites are huge (center sites alittle close together) and they offer full hookup, pull thru, and back-in sites. There are trees for shade. Owners are onsite and extremely friendly and professional. There are modern, private restrooms…

Nice rustic campground

We stayed here for two nights. We’re from Michigan so this was a totally different environment compared to what we’re used to. The wildlife was visible. There were tons of deer in the evening and we heard Coyotes howling during the night. At the site, you get a fire pit with a grate and a nice…

Very nice set up and surroundings

I car camped here on my way back to Texas from Oregon as I wanted bathroom facilities and had hoped for a campfire. The grounds were really nice, and the owner was very friendly upon checking in. The bathroom and shower facilities were very nice and clean.

My only disappointment was over the lack…

Clean but CROWDED

This is a very new, very small KOA. Trees are newly planted and sites are SMALL. If you like your front yard to contain your neighbors "poop-shoot", water line and electric box, then this is for you. With all the open land, it's too bad this campground couldn't double (or triple) the site sizes. …
