Very nice and friendly.

Dropped in on the spur of moment, and the staff did everything possible to find the right spot for my needs.

Nice setting

Pretty setting on the Dolores River. Sites are fairly close together even by Colorado standards but they are level. There is a couple of fishing ponds, river access, Yurts, cabins, and a few Covered wagons to rent.

Water pressure or lack of is the worst. The worst we have experienced in over 100 campgrounds.

Beautiful Campground

This is a really pretty place with level sites. Full hookups. One end of the Campground has cabins, yurts, Prarie Schooner wagons, and triframe cabins. All along the gorgeous Dolores River. This would be the perfect spot to meet with friends or family who don't have an RV. We were at site 13 with our 30' Grand Design bumper pull trailer. Plenty of room. Our site backs up to a fishing pond (catch and release). Big, clean restrooms and showers. The town of Dolores is a 5 minute drive... plenty of restaurants and a brewery. Definitely coming back.

Perfect Spot on the River

I had to change course on a road trip last minute which kept me in Southern CO on my way to UT instead of going north of Telluride. I found a tent site here last minute and it was such a gem! My site was right on the river and it was super spacious. The amenities were SPOTLESS. The cleanest showers I’ve ever encountered whilst camping and the bathrooms were HEATED! After a couple days of Colorado BLM pit toilets, I felt like I was glamping. The staff is incredibly welcoming and the grounds were very dog friendly. Would 100% recommend staying here if you’re ever passing through.

SW Colorado RV park

Great RV park in SW Colorado. It’s sits at 7000’ so collects some cooler temps. Easy access to Delores and within reasonable distance of Mesa Verde National Park. About 50’ away from Four Corners National Monument. Would stay here again.

Beautiful campground

Nice campground with easy access. Definitely want a site a the back of the campground by the ponds. The front of the campground sites are super loud due to the highway traffic. Super clean and well manicured sites. Pricey but to be expected with all the added amenities, showers, laundry, rec hall etc.

Great Campground

Quiet location a short drive outside of Delores. Staff was super friendly and attentive. All facilities are immaculately maintained. Large common room for playing games or socializing if the weather gets bad. Right on the river with a small ”beach” that the kids can play at. Special events are held most nights, like ice cream social and wood fired pizza night.

Fantastic Family Camping

An absolutely magical location on the Dolores river in SW Colorado. The owners are wonderful people who are very helpful and also operate a great gift shop with very reasonable prices. They bring in different food trucks every couple days that help keep bellys full and dishes clean! I can’t say enough good things. Come see for yourself!!

Beautiful and peaceful

This campground was great - right next to the river and ponds. We didn’t think the ponds were stocked with fish and nobody caught a fish on the ponds while we were there but who cares...gorgeous anyways. People were super friendly and they offered breakfast on stay and Sunday if you wanted. They had a cool playground area for the kids with a fire pit to hang around. Propane fill up station, laundry and very clean showers and bathrooms We made fast friends with the neighbors and the staff who really took good care of the place. We would highly recommend You can’t really walk to town though but other than that we loved it

Best 5 days ever.

Spent 5 nights with my family in mid July. It was great for the kids and adults. They had an ice cream social the first night. The Dolores river runs along the back of the property. Fishing was good. Floating the river with the family was a big hit. We will be going back again.
